I believe we wil at least see a cut scene of them together.
It would be damn sadistic of 343 to show a teaser poster portraying Blue Team and then let us all down by not putting them in Halo 5.

We already see blue team and crimson team on what is assumed to be the box art so they will likely be in game.

Speaking of Blue Team, they’re doomed to lose someone, there’s going to be a sequence or scene where one of them is captured and Chief is going to save them and he/she gets executed in some way whether that be a sniper bullet, a nice toss of the cliff or maybe just run over buy a ghost for +10 splatter points. Think about it, I can’t really see all of Blue team surviving.

You are just introducing Blue Team to all the non hardcore fans, so one game and done does not seem like that would be smart. Sure maybe halo 6, otherwise killing of a member of blue team just seems like bad story telling. Chief already lost Cortana, Johnson and more. Just killing off characters after another seems stupid.
We shall, we shall. I’m more worried about my expectations being to high.

I think it will be similar to the other trilogy, -Yoink- tons of characters are going to be introduced in Halo 5 and then killed off in 6(Maybe even the chief himself).

I think it will be like Reach, we will play as chief and have our fireteams as AI (this will be for both locke and chief missions). In certain missions, our fireteams with split up (2 by 2). Second player will play as one of the other players in the fireteam (whoever is teamed up with chief for the certain mission).

I like it
I’m thinking we could have some squad based combat gameplay, with the chief in charge of blue team. Since they did higher Republics Commando’s Creative Director so he is now Halo’s Creative Director. Plus with the box art, it’s pretty much confirmed right now Blue-Team will be in game in some form.
ummm… isn’t it confirmed that we will see blue team? with the poster and all? we just don’t know what the exact composition of it is going to be as it has changed over the years.
