I don’t think it’s just me when I say that the respawn timer needs to be shortened from 10 seconds, it’s a lot of time that you could end up not being in the game and it’s frustrating. Especially when it’s hard to stay alive in this game and you’re constantly dying. Just stating my opinion, feel free to comment.
I agree, with one caveat. I play and have played other games with far worse respawn timers. Early Battlefied titles forced one to wait 20+ seconds before respawn. On the other hand, the lag in games such as Destiny make it so a person needs more time.
Don’t really have a problem with it.
I don’t think its too long, or too short, a timer gives me a chance to scream and punch my leg in frustration after getting killed so its not too bad.

Die less, do this by sticking with teammates and playing more passively. It also helps if you can predict the spawns and play with people and callout enemy locations.
