Hello folks, and thank you for considering The Respawn Army. I am General of the Army TRA-KoolAidMan, the founder and Commander of The Respawn Army.
We are a newly established, mult-igame, multi-platform gaming Community that supports HALO 4, among other games. The Community was formed June 18th, 2013 but only officially launched 13 July, 2013. That is an important distinction that I would like you to note. The reason being is, The Respawn Army was not something that was thrown together in a day. We have over 50 pages of staff instructions and material, so we have gone into some depth to make this a well structured, military based gaming community. And our site is still under construction.
Structure is important, we have a military based Chain of Command, where achieving rank means responsibility. Promotions are not given out for recruiting, it isn’t a treat or a prize to be given, it is earned. It is earned through dedication, for working hard, for pushing yourself beyond your peers and proving you can work at the next level, that you can be counted on to execute and complete the mission given to you. We are a Team, from the Recruit all the way to the top, working together we are a well oiled and disciplined machine that can and will accomplish any task or mission.
I want to stress that The Respawn Army is a new Community, while we have been online since June 18th, we have done absolutely no recruiting during that time. Our primary focus right now is looking for players who are interested in leadership positions. And we have plenty of them, from Division Commander all the way down to Team Leader, and now is the absolute best time to come on board! The reason being, The Respawn Army has a very stringent Enlistment Process, but we are shortening it down to get leaders in place and prepare their units. Please note that we are shortening it, we aren’t getting rid of it, ALL potential members will have to go through an abbreviated Enlistment Process. This is for a limited time only and once its done, its done, so get in while opportunities still exist!
The Respawn Army supports casual and competitive gamers, with Companies set up around the world, our goal is to provide our members with someone to play with, no matter the time of day.
Want another reason to join The Respawn Army? The Respawn Army was established originally to support The Respawn Arena, which is The Respawn Army’s Charitable Arm. Its mission is to host at least 2 Charity Tournaments across all games supported by The Respawn Army each year, with 100% of the proceeds going to whatever Charity we are supporting at the time. Charities on tap as of right now are, The Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, The USO, The Children’s Miracle Network, and many more. We are providing this service because we know that gamers are up to the challenge, to put their passion and their hobby to good use, to support their real world communities.
