The Req system is absolute garbage

So I am finally sitting at 100% fully certified on both vehicles and weapons. So you’d think I’d have access to more high end stuff right? WRONG, since being certed out with the purchase of Gold, Silver, and Req, I’ve noticed how horrible the req system is. I’m not sure if it’s because I have all vehicles as well but I feel more as though I’m being punished for being certified on everything. I have a high percentage of common (that’s the grey items) , and very low percentage of uncommon (green), rare (blue), ultra rare (purple), and legendary (gold). I guess that I feel jipped that I busted my butt and didn’t buy my way to completing my req certs to 100. I earned that through loads of grinding. Now I find myself still getting the same shoddy weaponry as no offense someone straight out the gate. If the req system was balanced then being certified on everything my weapons and vehicles should be a little more balanced even with a low number of legendary items that I could excuse. The fact is though as far as uncommon, rare, and ultra rare I should have a higher number of those on top of the common; it should be a lot closer then what it is.

They should’ve made it so you can somehow narrow down your certifications, with some enabled and others disabled.

So sick of these jjuvenile click bait threads. When you’re ready to discuss the REQ system maturely from start to finish remake this thread. Right now you’re just another whiney kid.

I actually think his complaint is entirely valid. It drives me nuts, too. I finally got all the REQs, yet my odds of ever finding actual cards for the legendary and mythic certifications I worked so hard for, are pathetically low. Phantom cert, woo!!! And then never receive another phaeton for three straight months…

I totally agree if getting certified locks you in for stuff, at least make it so the items that are supposed to appear more for being certified in the stuff you want. Not run a gambit of well he’s 100% so once again it’s a spin of luck to get anything. Like I said with that kind of mindset generated by the computing ai it’s no different then starting out being completely uncertified where you can get any random number of items.

I always seem to get better weapons/vehicles when I pay actual money for the packs.

If you have everything your best bet is to stay gold. I only redeem silvers post new updates. Since I have everything, I am not hoping for anything, next thing you know you have 15 phaetons.

I got of every req around 50 of them or even more, i only use a few req cards in games the rest of those req cards are just for the show or whenever there is a big pack coming out and i don’t have enough points i will sell those. (that btw takes ages)
i can totally understand that mythic weapons won’t be given to you just as much as uncommon’s/rare’s/ultra rare’s and legendary’s whenever you buy a gold pack there is a reason why those are called mythic and can be very OP and a gamechanger in a WZ game.

I only buy gold packs to get some more arena/WZ boosts and to stack up some more req cards even when i use the loadout weapons more in WZ games.
I almost never use other weapons or vehicles only to get commendations done in game but when we look to the phaeton i had 12 of those now only 1 left… this 1 lovely phaeton has been sitting in my garage for at least 2 weeks without getting any other phaeton friends even when i at least buy 10 to 20 gold packs a week.

There should definitly be a change in how the req system works and whatever you get in gold packs i personally think that bronze packs are doing fine, the silver packs sould have more uncommon and rare req cards in them and maximum 1/2 common req cards, and the same counts for gold all ultra rare/legendary and only 1/2 uncommon/rare req cards.
I don’t believe in personalizing what you want to get in a req pack if you don’t want rocket launchers anymore that you can turn something off that you will never get an rocket launcher anymore in a req pack this will break the game and people can make it so they will only get answers/mythic weapons in 1 req pack.
just my opinion i am happy with the req system how it is right now but i can definitly see why people want a change in the system.
don’t get hyped up that 343i will change the system because this system is what gives 343i the money that they need/want.

I never really care for warzone anyways so it doesn’t bother me I use warzone A to farm points but that’s pretty much it

Maybe you’re the one who is whiny since you’re salty right now

On topic: i agree with you,TC. My problem with the req system ( cough gold pack) is that
the system give you too many bad thing. It’s no balance at all.

Let’s take an look at gold pack:
Emblems. Emblems should not be in gold packs at all since those make the grinding more tiresome
and those gold packs cost 10k req point.

That’s the other thing, when you get a gold pack only a few items should be common, you shouldn’t be strong armed with multiple commons, the gold packs whether you buy or grind for the points is still expensive. I also can agree that yeah you don’t want to break the system by handing out multiple mythic weapons. The point of this post is there should at least be an increase in the number of uncommon, rare, and a slight tweak to getting super rare items, I’m fine with them leaving legendary alone. Let me blunt I have almost 70 of the generic common speed boosts, wth do I have that many. Yet with every req pack open they seem to enjoy handing that one out like candy. Like what if they just implement a number system once you reach a specific number of common items with one type they stop giving you that item till all your other weapons reach around that same number. The req system is just to unbalanced. And no people this isn’t even a battle cry for more mythic items. I believe mythic items should be kept far and few for the sake of the game. It’s the lack of respect given to the other items.

This is my choice if i got the chance to change the REQ system:
25% Mythic
25& Rare
25%Uncommon
25% Common

But as it stands right now there’s no balance at all.
