what is happening is the high volume of purchases as we keep trying to get some one to refund a money, 343 is obviously trying to find a solution to this req problem im sure they’ll find one. its money their losing even if its for the fans its still a financial issue and more than likely panicking over the amount of refunds giving back i have hope get it done everyone calm down and slow down anyone buying req packs for now until its resolved
