Check your REQ inventory on Waypoint; it’s a great backup method that gives you extra insurance if you couldn’t open your pack on your console.

Worse case scenario…the free pack was only available on the 27th, and may have disappeared if you didn’t open it on that day.

If you weren’t online on waypoint or H5 on the 27th then it’s too late for you. It was a pack for the birthday only.

Or they didn’t log in on Waypoint or Halo 5 on the 27h.
