hi all! I just wanted to address something I felt is important regarding the inventory and availability of items in the MCC exchange. more specifically I would like to advocate for the arrival of the Avalanche Sniper Rifle, Blast Battle rifle, and Blood DMR, even as a fan of Ranked, I am a 24 in H3 TS, I must say that I think it is more than fair that these items see widespread distribution to all of us eager collectors waiting to get them. and seeing as the Lucky shot battle rifle, another ranked reward has already been made available, it would only be fair if the rest of them came as well. seeing as well over a year has passed, and Infinite is already out in full. thank you for your time and reading my thoughts/ wish

I was only able to get to a 18 in recon slayer at the time and a 14 in H4 but after the challenge was over I was able to get up an 18. I agree though those who earned them have had their time to rep the skins. They shouldn’t be very cheap in the exchange but 343 stated the skins would be coming back at some point.

I think FOMO should be removed from MCC entirely at this point, such as making the Challenges for those unlocks permanently available so anyone can get them when they want to, as well as reworking the exchange so the rest of the items can be acquired in the same fashion as Reach (Rank+SP) with the weekly rotation just being a discount/rank bypass on items.

The second to last week of Season 7 the Exchange had three items that were previously unobtainable outside of their respective seasonal challenges (same as the Avalanche skin.)
I’m hopeful the same happens for the Avalanche skin and other challenge skins - though I’m not sure when to expect it as this season isn’t ending?
Perhaps some time in January once the Xbox Anniversary items begin to recycle.

The last truly ranked seasonal challenge was ages ago, anyone who bothered to unlock it then is probably playing Infinite now. I say just throw em in the exchange, the challenges associated with them were BS anyways.

I still think the ranked rewards should stay that way. I am against the every one gets a trophy thing… However they could and perhaps should bring back some of the old ranked challenges and since there is no seasons they could be available for a long time. Make a new section for old challenges with no particular time frame to get them.
The ranked playlist are hemorrhaging players. Getting to rank 20 or 25 is harder than ever. I can’t even find H4 Squad battle matches in the states. If the challenges were to return they should be modified to be more generalized like win X ranked matches.
It makes more sense to me just to throw them on the exchange. Ranked isn’t much fun, and it already has its own weekly challenge. Let players play however way they want to unlock em.

I guess I wouldn’t be against them changing to to win say 50 games or something. But I have a feeling more players will return to MCC once the new wears off Infinite.

As others have said I would be fine with reintroducing a win x game challenge. Maybe 50 games would be fair for all 3 skins with no time limit. I also hope they add past nameplates to the exchange as well.
The exchange has been a bit underwhelming. There should be more than just 2 to 4 items a week. They also should have a bigger seasonal store with past seasonal content in the exchange as well.

I guess that would be a reasonable meeting half way and a fair arguement, albeit it invalidates and undermines the purpose of the exchange as it was conceived to recirculate items, and other ranked items have already entered the pool.
and seeing as so many items have been featured multiple times, it seems only fair, a year is in excess of how long people should be asked to wait, especially with a new game already out in full.
