If he came there would be a spartan II, a spartan III, and spartan IVs.
Bungie didn’t kill him off for sure. There must be a reason why. Plus 343 was already making Halo 4 when Reach was being made, and they helped make Reach too.
These are just my thoughts so if you have proof that he survives or dies put below. If he is alive, should he come back?
No. Masterchief spent a whole trilogy about being the last spartan alive and reach was just about how all that happened. Although having saying that it would be cool, prehaps him being cryogenically frozen on an escape pod from reach or summin but prehaps that just sounds too much like the ending to halo 3?
Jun is dead. While the details of his death are unknown, he is most certainly dead. He was not with Halsey in Castle Base, and there is no record of him after he escorts Halsey to Castle Base.
Well I guess you are all right. It would be too much wasted work to add him in. And 343 said they wanted NEW stories to be told. With the spartan 3s and Halsey on Onyx, 343 said they would clean their stories off. I hope they don’t say something like the planet got stuck in a worm hole and blows up.
I want the saga to revolve around the chief and cortana and not The super duper adventures of Master chief and his magical invincible buddies Jun and Jorge
Jun is dead. Play alpha site on ODST, and instead of the elevator, read the commemorative signs for deaths on reach. Jun and his surname which I forgot is on there, as a prologue-egg to halo reach.
Oh god no. I hated jun, never know when he might decide to betray you(and he talked too much). I would rather have Caboose by my side than jun. Atleast you expect him to “Help” you.
I thought the characters in Reach (Noble team) was the campaign’s greatest weakness. None of the characters had much personality. You could have taken any of their dialogue and given it to another member of Noble team and it would not have seemed out of place. The characters needed traits that diferentiated them from their teammates.
I’ll use Star Wars: A New Hope as an example:
Han solo was the renegade scoundrel looking out for himself
Luke was the naive farm boy displaced, but ready for adventure
Leiah was the deposed princess with great inner strength and a will to fight the empire
Obi Wan was the quiet Wizard who didn’t share knowledge but helped you to discover it yourself
You describe one member of Noble team then you have described them all.
“Well, Emile was the BA of the group.”
“Why?”
“Well, he carved a skull into his visor.”
“Ok, but what did he actually do that was more BA than anyone else?”
Spartan III’s are supposed to have more personality than Spartan II’s due to the fact that all the Spartan II’s were “enlisted” as children and grew up together while the Spartan III’s were enrolled as adults, yet you wouldn’t know it judging by the script to Reach.
I would much rather see a member of Blue Team make an appearance in H4 than a member of Noble team. The members of Blue Team are legends almost to the extent that Chief is.
