Wrrooong, BR needs to be 4 shot. Hate DMR but am forced to use it because it’s better for me close and long range.

The DMR wins almost always.

It’s no coincidence that the MLG players at Dallas were all using the DMR.

Its a good thing 343 dont read/take waypoint seriously, otherwise this game would fall apart balance wise!

thats not a bad idea, i think the carbine is underutilized for that reason

Snap judgment made on OP, and previous encounters with “offending” member. In the case of this thread, I take it back.

I don’t find the DMR as good as it was in Reach. I’m finding myself going back to the BR more and more. The DMR is most effective at medium to long range, with the BR most effective at close to medium range. The DMR shouldn’t best the BR at close range yet it does seem to most of the time

Supposedly it has the fastest kill time of any precision weapon so that doesn’t sound liek a good idea

Accuracy is fine. The accuracy being amazing at E3 is why they had to nerf it in the first place.

I think the BR could use a VERY slight rate of fire increase (making it 4 shot would DOMINATE the Carbine and Automatics and be ridiculously overpowered). But if the BR got this buff, the 7 shot kill Carbine would be an absolute necessity. As it is right now the Carbine isn’t that bad though.
