Probably the worst thing about challenges is that it punishes you and your friends for playing together.

It’s so common to group up and have everyone in the group list off which game modes they need, only to find that none of your challenges can be done at the same time as one another’s because they rely on different modes and playlists.

This is why consolidation of challenges so they can be done no matter what mode you play needs to happen.

Remember the days in Halo Reach when everyone had all the same daily and weekly challenges? So it was easy to party up with friends and go do them together and have fun. Wasn’t that nice?
