I was pleasantly surprised when i saw it came with a whopping 100 new achievements, both old and new. What do you think of the list?

I was expecting it too, but they added lots of easter eggs achievements, which is a nice touch!

Even being among the first 100 to do it will be an achievement to me. Heck my buddy and i did all the LASO playlists couples of years ago, and this year we did the Legendary Master Chief saga as well. We figured we’d wanna wrap up the LASO adventure on release!
CE is thankfully more forgiving than others. Good tip i can give you is to use the Grunts to eliminate elites, since they explode violently.

That’s crazy that you have done all that fair play to you man cheers for the tip I only started it last night so that pretty much what I did for the pillar of autumn maybe one day I’ll do them all but i think that’s a long way away
Loving all the Easter egg achievements. Many of them I haven’t discovered so will be fun to do those for the first time while getting the achievements.
I’ll be grinding LASO as soon as I get to play and after that I guess will focus on the Legendary under 3 hours, having saved those kinds of achievements for the end in the other games, would rather knock them out first this time around.

Make good use of the Grunts yea, and when you get to the flood i do advise that instead of spending infinite amounts of valuable ammo on them, you keep a magnum and a shotgun at your side.
Use the magnum to take off the arms from the combat forms, which will leave you a free shield regenator to melee. Shotgun still demolishes flood on LASO so you’ll want that one.

Honestly the toughest achievement is getting a skullamanjaro in matchmaking which isn’t that bad. Can’t wait to go through and finish the game again!
I really enjoyed the old achievements from reach and im glad they are bringing some back

Last time i did Reach LASO, i recall i got VEEEEERY annoyed with the ultra elites, and their constant hyper-fast grenade tossing whilst not even looking at you… Oh it will be a joy!

I am definitely stoked on all those easter egg based achievements, because Halo used to be about exploring and these warrant some good ol’e off-track exploration. It kinda reminds me of MCC at launch, with all those cool misc. achievements like the soda cans in H2A MP.

Very true that makes me want to beat CE on LASO even more now just to prove to myself that I can do it

Mate, without a doubt- You can do it! Minimal usage of brain and you’re half way through! It’s doable, not impossible!

Cheers mate I think my aim to just to get as far a possible before reach comes out but helps a lot knowing that it’s not impossible and getting some tips helps a lot
