The skull in the image is very similar to a human’s skull. This does not make any sense. Aren’t these creatures a lot older than humans?
They were created by the Foreunners, who were said to be genetically similar to humans and shared a similar phenotype with them. That’s the best answer I can give you.

Actually, they are Forerunners. Dead ones. But yeah, they are suppose to be genetically similar to us etc.

How long ago were they created?
It’s different from human skulls, just look at the nose. It’s safe to say it’s a Forerunner skull.
Forerunners and Humans were both created by the Precursors at about 100,000 B.C.E. Since they had the same creator they probably had similar genetics as well.

No offense, but thats 100% false. 100,000 BCE is when the Halo Rings were fired.
Wow I did not know the Prometheans were Forerunner… makes me like and fear them even more now.

Alright then like 150,000 or something I don’t know the exact dates. And that wasn’t my point I was trying to say that Humans and Forerunners had the same creator.

No… 150,000 BCE is when the Forerunner Empire was prosperous. Were talking millions of years ago.

Actually, no. They are a sentient AI- organic hybrid created by the Forerunners. Have you read the latest game-informer on them?

This got me lmao.
It definitely resembles a human skull at first glance, but if you look closer you start to notice a few differences. I’m assuming it’s a forerunner skull since they were meant to be a lot like us.
I’m no doctor but I’m pretty sure human skulls can’t glow.

Shows how much you know
haha

> Frankie - “The Prometheans are undoubtedly Forerunner citizens. They are in thrall and work for the the Forerunner civilization, or whatever is left of it.”
It goes on to say
> “Through some as-yet-unknown process, these Knights have been revived to defend Requiem…”
All of this is quoted from the Game-Informer I have here in my face.
Now I ask you, did you read the latest Game Informer? because no where in the article does it say anything about them being “sentient AI…”
I love reading forums and reading threads where people think they no what goes on in the halo universe but yet, just in one sentance they post, you can clearly tell they have read no books of the halo series.
My question is, are their any surviving forrunners that were going to see in H4? So far everything i have seen with the nights, crawlers, etc… are all AI? i am curious to find out if any live forunners made it to the shield worlds before the halos fired
