Through the Games the Halo story was focused on the prime situation and close by spatial details. Non-military details about the universe expanded in the books but, to a certain point.
Could we see more fiction aiming it self closer to civilian life and not just for humanity, also the covenant. More expansion on cultures and history of the people of each species. A further look into non-military life of the Unggoy perhaps? There has been fiction that reached these points but, could delve deeper into the current species and a longer story to get more in-depth with life post Halo 3 era? I see Glass lands will give insight.
In the series of Mass Effect a good amount of the plot deals with diplomatic problems, could we see some similar story focus in the future of Halo? Thoughts?
I am pretty sure during an interview Karen Traviss(SP) said they were going to explore Elite civilian life in depth in Glasslands.

I couldn’t care less about modern day culture and care very little about modern history but all those topics 500 years from now sounds pretty cool. lol

I am excited for glasslands and am hoping to get a closer look at their political situations post Human-Covenant war. The relations between Human and Sangheli. I’m all about the war focus but, it’s also good to take in these pieces of fiction and details to further put integrity into the series.
