There are too many negative threads. This one is all about the positive. So community (the people that are thrilled about Halo 4) tell me what you are most excited about.
I’m excited about the character customisation. Will the female character models be noticeably different than the males. Can we change the colour of the lights on our character like Mass Effect? How about the visor colour?
I’m mostly excited about the story. Who/what is this new enemy? What are their intentions? What will happen to Cortana? I can’t wait to see what the great individuals at 343 industries have created.
Im excited for the campaign and going to Requiem and seeing what it looks like, also Master Chief and Cortana returning, how Spartan Ops will play out and how it ties in with the campaign, and just the whole story over all and the multiplayer with the new changes and how they pan out
Here’s positive news. Instead of trying to change the options in Reach to morph it into Halo 3, I’m going to create gametypes that play to Reachs strengths that everybody should try! Maybe 343i can get some ideas for new gametypes in Halo4. It worked with SWAT, Grifball and Infection.
I’m looking forward to playing the new maps. The 2 Ive seen so far look amazing.
Also, how does this ordnance drop work? Is it like a killstreak?
And cant wait to try the Assault Carbine.
im excited about the campaign story and wat new enemy we get to face. im also very happy that we have both the DMR and BR for multiplayer. i cant wait to hear some details on forge also. the whole game in general is rlly wat im excited about. Also thanks for posting a positive thread. it seems like every1 is freaking out about minor things months before the game is ready so its nice to see some optimism in the community =D November 6th cant come soon enough!

No problem! All the negative topics were really starting to get on my nerves. When I come here, I want to see people talk about Halo 4 and what excites them about it. Not topics about “competitive players” whining about stuff when they don’t even know half of what they’re complaining about.
I’m also happy that the BR and DMR will be in the game.
Im excited for the prospect of a return to balance between competitive players and casual players and maybe some peace between these two races, who, after a tumultuous saga of both tears and laughter, can finally hug, link arms and skip off into the sunset.
I can’t wait for Spartan Ops. I hope they put much effort into and isn’t cliche. MM sounds interesting and fresh imo, and I’m ready to get my controls setup correctly…
The music sounds better and better; the campaign looks fabulous and is going to rock. I think forge will surprise us (in a good way). I’m ready *5
