Why do we need Perks in Halo 4 really? Did 343 just go oh look COD has perks and it does so well lets mooch off of them and put them in. I dont want to have second chance on my spartan or have someone martyrdom me after i pull off a successful assassination its ridicules. They are ruining halo, master chief never need sleight of hand before so why does he need it now?
The “perks” armor mods in H4 aren’t like those of COD the ones in cod directly effect a fight, the ones in H4 only effect gamplay before or after fights. Picking grenades off of dead bodies and regaining shields after a firefight aren’t really gamebreaking, I don’t think there is anything wrong with armor mods.
The “Perks”, or as I like to call them Modifications, as it’s their official name, are not a lot like they are in COD. The Specializations in Halo 4 are simply ways for you to tweak the game to your playing style, while keeping them all balanced with each other because they are minor things. It has been said by those that played Halo 4 that you almost forget that they are there because they cause nearly no disruption in gameplay and just feel natural.

Call of Duty is stupid, so most of its elements are stupid. The marketing of Microsoft is not stupid and therefore lets elements of Call of Duty be implemented into Halo 4 to make sure that Microsoft can still make profit of Halo 4.

Looks at list of perks at Halo 4, noticing that NONE of them actually have any real advantage over another, as compared to CoD
Notices list again that you can’t even customize your own weapon
