A grenade that melts the opponents shields by emmiting a wave of particles upon detenation giving it a particle tail when thrown. All of which detonates when heat signatures are met for the particles to fuse and explode in the opponents face. The grenade acts like a fire cracker.

Once again, bad idea, no one used the flare in Halo 3. I don’t think they’d use it in 4.
