To anyone who has acquired or is working toward Achilles, what’s the best game mode to get shoulder charge kills in? I find Warzone Assault is pretty good but I feel like there might be a way to get more of these kills. It’s the only commendation our company has not completed level 4 for and it’s bugging me because I want that helmet soon!
Action Sack might be an interesting choice, though the randomness of the gamemodes can make it frustrating.
If you’re willing to risk your K/D, SWAT is probably the best option. I recommend that your company starts up multiple teams so that when you (hopefully) match fellow members, you can keep bashing into each other.
I have found snipers to be the best game mode for getting Spartan Charges. Was averaging about 4 a game and a few games even as much as 10 lol if you get molten. Having no radar helps a lot with this soo you can sneak around
Swat is good if you’r rank is lower and you can sprint without being picked of instantly. You could also try infection.
Any arena ranked. At least I feel like I die 50 times per patch because of it…
I’ve got Achilles. SWAT hands down is the best mode for this. I got at least 25 done every 2-3 games. Your K/D might go down, but it’s insta-melee kill, spartan charge is lethal in SWAT.

My company is close to having it done. Id say that SWAT is by far the best option.

Honestly, if you and your company grinded Castle Wars for a few games, you’d do a TON of damage to that commendation. Spartan charge almost always has a farther lunge radius than the sword, so it’s the secret to getting more kills in that mode… you literally WANT to lead with it, instead of being forced to use it.
Alternatively, SWAT may be a good option. Single hit kill with Spartan charge there as well. It’s just more likely you’ll get shot trying to attempt it.
Swat is the best place. Some maps are going to be better than others. Pick a hallway or tight series of corners and just go crazy in that area. Avoid open areas of course. Have fun with it and get ready for angry messages in your inbox.

Swat, definitely Swat. It’s a one hit kill. A guy in my company got 21 in a single game

If you spartan charge with a sword it doesn’t count as a spartan charge, just a regular sword kill.
Get a giant party and play Infection. Just spartan charge each other there. That’s what my company did recently and was able to get 2,000 spartan charges in under a day.

Seriously?! That sucks. Sorry for the misinformation! What I said wasn’t wrong… the spartan charge is the way to go to get more kills in that game mode… but apparently, they don’t count as charges, which is crazy to me! The Infection suggestion is a great one as well. Alternatively, Grifball is also a playlist not often super-populated, so if you break your team into two teams of four, and search at the same time, there are strong odds you’ll play each other, and can just spartan charge each other the entire match. We did that for our assassinations grind. It helped tremendously!
