Hello, Spartans.
Today I have some exciting news. I have been waiting a while, but the Spartan Company The ONI Headhunters is now ready for the public to join.
You’re probably wondering what this means for you, right?
Well, this Spartan Company isn’t built for the best around (like many others on Halo), it’s built for those who want to have fun. That means when we’re recruiting, we don’t care about your rank, or your K/D, or anything of that sort. We simply care that you are respectful, active, and enjoy having fun.
All you need to do is either comment below and tell me a bit about yourself, or just go to the main page of The ONI Headhunters and click “Request to Join” to be on your way to becoming a member.
And while we’re on the topic of our Spartan Company, I, Grumpy Arbiter, just finished a new video on The ONI Headhunters’ YouTube Page. This video shows off some possibilities for the future of the channel and Company, and later I talk a bit about the Company itself. If I haven’t peaked your interest yet, that may be a link you want to click.

Our website is EpsilonFleet.com and if you decide to become a part of the Fleet you will still retain leadership over your people the only difference is that you will be a part of a larger community. If you were not interested in being a part of the Fleet would your clan be interested in being a part of the Sector Nine Federation which is a clan alliance. The information can be found on the this thread Sector Nine Federation Coalition

If you were opposed to both of those ideas well the Fleet would like to have a clan battle against you. A friendly battle to provide activity to both of our clans. Nothing against your clan just want do a battle haha.

I’m not sure if you caught this or not, but there is still the alliance group. It’s like NATO or the EU, with multiple organizations just working together. It doesn’t require giving up any of your rights as a Spartan Company, and you and your higher ups could be the only members affected by the alliance at all. It won’t negatively affect your company in any way that you don’t like.

Interesting offer. Right now I’m just going to try and establish my company, but down the road I may contact you guys in regards to an alliance. In any case, I thank you both for your thoughtful suggestions and offers, I’ll be putting Epsilon Fleet on my list of companies I respect.

Please show respect to other companies. I don’t beleive that Grumpy Arbiter would try to recruit on your forum; please don’t recruit on his.
That’s looking for other Spartan Companies hence the bold message.
And you really shouldn’t be talking considering you did the same thing on this thread trying to get people to merge and join your alliance.
