You can see the nose of the pheaton sticking out of the req card, it doesnt do that in the oni card, wether its just cut off for the sake of being censored, or because it is not a pheaton im not sure.
see for yourself.
(i do however theorize that the pheaton is a trick, it is way out of place for this update. if it ever comes it would make sense to be in the firefight update. I must add, 343 is not know to make sense at all, ad with the blurring of a grunt in the past)
