The one thing you do not like about Halo 5 so far

So far, there is only one thing I do not like about Halo 5: the Health Bar! It isn’t that big of a deal, but it is one of the things that I also didn’t like about Reach and CE. I feel like it is just one more thing for me to worry about while playing. You get low on health, you need to focus on finding a health pack.

But, that is just my opinion, what is the one thing you don’t like about Halo 5 so far?

I dont think there are health packs in Halo 5. Health returns after shields come up.

Right now my biggest concern is the ground pound, I will reserve my liking / not-liking until after the bata.

The only thing I don’t like is the squeaky hitmarker sounds

The one thing I hate is that I can’t play Halo5 now!!!

I don’t like that the inspiration for Halo 5 seems to be coming from CoD/modern military shooters and not Halo CE-3.

Same here.

It’s not out yet. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

OP: the health system is essentially the same as 2/3/4, only you can see the bar now. CE and Reach have canon explanatons for non-regening health. If the Mjolnir suit’s designers suddenly decided to get rid of biofilm injectors, then it might be u estimable to say the least.

Health packs? Have you been under a rock or smthn? There’s no health packs in Halo 5. Your health regenerates just like the previous game, but this time, you get to see how much health you got left.

The only things that really bug me are the hit sounds and the control schemes. We really need manual button mapping.

I don’t appreciate the metallic look of the maps, i prefer organic maps better. Something Sanctuary or Warlord from H2A. That map that looks like a Tron level is extremely dull.

The announcer.

Nothing deal breaking, but I’d like them to tone down the low shield alarm. In the game play footage we’ve seen so far, especially on Truth where action is a little more constant, it seems like it’s blaring all the time and it’s super high pitched now. Might not notice it as much when I’m actually playing, but while watching a video it’s a little distracting.

As long as it recharges like in 2-4 than I’ll be okay with it. A bar showing the progress would be nice because than when I’m trying to find cover in the campaign or even MM than I’ll know exactly how close I am to death and if I’ll actually make it or if I should wait to move to a better spot. If they do bring back Health packs than I’ll be slightly disappointed.

THE WEAPONS!!!
BR
Sniper
DMR
SMG
SWORD.
They just don’t look like halo anymore. I mean the sniper is the same ugly POS from halo 4 and i couldn’t tell you what their doing to the “Legendary Battle Rifle”

Sprint, it has no place in halo.
Add a 20- 25% damage bonus for shooting a sprinter on top of the no shield recharge and i’ll stop complaining.

To be honest, I’m open to and like all what I’ve seen so far. But we will have to play the beta to know for sure what we think about the new playstyles.

Ground pound. Apart from sounding kinky, it doesn’t seem to be a necessary or really innovative aspect from gameplay videos. Hopefully when the Beta comes out, it’ll be better understood.

Yeah, that’s what I thought when I saw the trailer, but CoD did get some ideas from Halo: Reach. Like the Jetpack, Invisibility, and a bit more.

Armor and sound…oops that are 2 things

Sprint is really the only thing that I wish was never in Halo to begin with.

Spartan voices… Oh god… why?!?

We already had spartan voices. You plug in a headset and talk. If you don’t, then you are rightly punished for not working as a team.
