The default control scheme is weird, I typically stick to default for any game I play because I don’t like to change controls (Idk why) but these controls are just odd for Halo… I know there have been countless threads about this but heck, here’s what I would do with them:
A: Jump
B: Armor Ability
X: Reload, Action
Y: Switch Weapons
RB: Melee
LB: Sprint
LT: Use Grenade
RT: Use Weapon
LS: Crouch, Move
RS: Zoom, Look
Left and Right on D-Pad- Switch Grenade
The past two games have used the Halo: Reach controls and the reason they did in Anniversary was to not suddenly change the controls so soon, so why would they do this with halo 4?
Yeah this may be the first game that I actually use something other than default… but then I would have to use recon in Reach and Anniversary just to keep it consistent… I’m sure there will be a control scheme for us who liked them in Reach
It probably would be, I just hope that Boxer is in and looks like this… or another control scheme for us who liked Reach’s controls better than any other halo’s
> LB is the armour ability and sprint is the left stick pressed down and therefore crouch is B so I seems to work perfectly
This post is about me not liking the default controls, I personally think crouch belongs on the left stick and sprint works very well on the LB as it was in Halo Reach. Also it would only work as a toggle crouch and toggle crouch isn’t halo.
