The annoying 3rd, white colours on the armors + the varients with darker secondary tint & awkward pattern
Thing is, I do love the armor designs but things like Argus, HellJumper, Hunter, Indomitable Erod, Scanner
With Argus, I will admit is the my personal favourite looking armor but the MAJOR downfall is it’s awkward colour pattern, it’s just all over the place, I feel like it would be everyone’s preference if ALL STANDARD armors were a simple plain Primary & Secondary colour (No darker tints, no white gunk, etc) & again applies to the hell jumper, great armor looks (though never beats the original ODST look) but is spoiled with the overload of whiteness and weird patterns.
With the Scanner and Indomitable Erod, I just feel like the scanner should get ride of those stripes, perhaps have it as an variant as for the Erod, the weird waves of wive and black just seems off putting.
But we can agree that the Maverick Jester & Foehammer Victor are just…“what?”.
What do you guys think about it and do you wish they don’t return in halo 6?
Another thing I have to say, Emile’s armor, why couldn’t we have a choice to change the security shoulder armor and odd looking brace on the left arm
This was one of my big complaints with armor as well, some of those white or black marks, as well as color shaders, really ruined some decent armor sets.

Are you talking about how those armors look, or just the skins? I don’t mind Maverick Jester but Foehammer Victor does indeed have way too many colors on it.

Yeah I don’t think anybody likes the unchangeable white paint and things like that. I’m also hoping we get to change the color of our undersuits in Halo 6. And I don’t mean like the way it is now, where the primary color changes most of the undersuit but there are still black areas. I mean the whole undersuit should have its own color that we can choose, in addition to the armor colors. I’m tired of having to pick Pepper as my primary color just to match the unchangeable black areas on the undersuit.

They did announce halo 6 will or might have black undersuits due to it’s unwanted coloured alternative and to the question of the Maverick & Forehammer, I’m talking about their skins. Maverick is alright armor just has a crappy legendary skin

I understand, I have found it very difficult to match the colors on that circles pattern on Maverick Jester. Your best bet might be something like Pepper/Wax, but it’s always going to be a little off. You kind of just have to let it go and accept the fact that there are rainbow circles on your chest. It’s frustrating when that happens, and it doesn’t help when we lack certain colors like a proper teal

Thank you both. That’s interesting news. Not quite the same as being able to change the undersuit color like I was hoping for, but still not bad.

No Worries but we must agree, if it’s either black undersuits, better armor, no microtransactions, it HAS TO BE playable elites in halo 6, 343 can’t abandon the sangheili love
