I’d like to know who the dumb -Yoink- is that thought this is a good idea? Delay the game some more and deliver the right kind of game we want. Dumb -Yoinks!-
I was introduced to halo through split screen and introduced my friend to it through it. And I use it with friends all the time. So to me it is a very important part of halo so I am very disappointed with the news. Hope 343 can implement it at some point, properly being too hopefully though.

Yeah, Bleach, take it easy. There are always going to be crazy, sick people who send death threats over Twitter. Don’t associate us with that because we’re taking a reasonable and acceptable form of action. I find those death threat tweeters just as deplorable as you do.

It’s true, what they’re doing with Halo 5 is absolutely amazing! But I promise you that those percentages you pulled out of your -Yoink- do not reflect anywhere near how important this mechanic has been and continues to be. I know plenty of people who play split-screen, and I’m 21. What about all of the younger players with siblings? 343 is alienating them.
Everyone, no one is making death threats here. We need to ask 343 if the information is true from game informer. It is very possible it is a mistake. We do deserve an explanation as to why coop campaign split screen has (possibly) been removed. It has been in ever halo. I will not be using it because i will be leaving for university BUT I always played the first run through of the campaigns with my brother. Just happens to be I am leaving so doesnt affect me. Therefore, I can see as to why people are mad at this because I would be too and I feel for them.

There are people out there who use this game to connect with their family and friends. Many do not have the money to purchase another Xbox One, and this makes Halo split-screen a life saver. Now that its removed people have lost something special. I eagerly hope 343 reconsiders their decision in regards to this vast fan base.

At this point all I want is 2 player splitscreen. Id love to have 4 player split screen, but honestly if I need to play that I have MCC, or my Xbox 360 with all my old halo games. But I want to be able to play halo with my wife.
