Hmmm, I don’t have a clue about the stuff that happened in Spartan Assault. In fact, I missed on quite a lot of Halo story in the last 2 years. Last thing I read was Glasslands.
Might be a good time to start buying new Halo stuff.

You may want to read more into the new lore, as the games are more intertwined with the external canon. But let’s just say…Merg 'Vol wont be bothering anyone again.I haven’t read Mortal Dictata yet, so you’re not the only one who isn’t up-to-date.

Frankie said that they would later on go in to specifics about it. So, as of right now, we don’t really know.
He said this during the interview on IGN.

Part of me understands where you’re coming from. The other part of me wants to call you a heretic. I think it’s a pretty good deal, honestly. Plus that comes with a remastered Halo 2 with forge and Halo 5 beta, so I’d say it’s a really good deal for 60 bucks.

Doing better than I am. Last Halo expanded universe I read was Ghosts of Onyx. I’m a good 8 years behind on the Halo canon.

But I’ve been eating A Song of Ice and Fire with 1000 pages like it was a piece o’ cake, so I guess it won’t take long to catch up. >:D

Then you should be ninja enough to be a Tenno, just remember, Vor isn’t that hard of a boss/enemy, Infested may not have -Yoink- on the Flood, but they’re just as mean and scary as the Flood. Grineer aren’t that scary as they may look, Corpus are mean powerful enemies with weapons that eat shields like candy.

Yiaz is pretty active actually. Weird that we haven’t seen him today. Daedalous on the other hand I haven’t seen on in a while. Even Tomo has shown up on occasion.

TomoK still hangs out here? I haven’t seen him in ages either! & it’s good to see a members like Yiaz(& you I presume) are still active. I’ve wanted to be more active for a while, but I’ve just been very busy.

I can understand that I’m probably going to be in minority of players really not overly impressed with this. I felt the same way when HCEA was released. It just feels like they “George Lucas’d” the Halo series.
I won’t say that there isn’t a value to this for people. I’m sure that those who traded in their 360’s for an XB1 are excited to get their hands on the series again.
Just not for me. I’m still an XB1 hold out … I still have my 360 and I have all the games already. I’ll probably hold out on getting an XB1 until I see if they release a Halo themed console in the future. And maybe at that point I may be more interested in getting the Master Chief series on the new system.
But for now, I’m going to file it under “meh …”

I don’t think it’s a new twitter account, I think it’s more of a new handle, because all of their tweets using the old handle was moved to the @Halo handle/account.
Anyone else notice that when they lined up Chief’s figure from the cover art going from CE to H4, left to right, Chief’s head does a perfect turn left to right…?
