I’m surprised to of found myself disagreeing with the video, while I understand the basic message I would argue that we’re not becoming less social because of it, I would say it just allows more means of communication, just because it’s not face to face doesn’t make it more worthwhile than communication that isn’t.
On the contrary, I would say advances in technology has allowed us to meet similarly minded people and to build new communities that simply wouldn’t of been there without the aid of technology, none of us would of known of each other if it was not for Waypoint for example.

I agree with you to an extent, though we can’t pretend that social media hasn’t began to rule the lives of many individuals. Sure, technology has expanded our options and capabilities, but face-to-face interaction will always be more meaningful.
To be clear, the guy was not against social media, he was against letting it be the basis of our lives.

So Cartoon Network is removing Sym-Bionic Titan and Beware the Batman from Toonami because they are going to “write-off” the shows for a tax break. This means they can’t air them on the network again. There go my hope for a DVD release for Titan or continuation in the future.
