Already tried that.
He is pretty hard-headed.

I loved the Firefight and would love to see Firefight and Spartan Ops co-exist. Spartan Ops could be more like an actual campaign, or missions. But I do understand it is unlikely and might be difficult to have both.

I currently don’t own Destiny on any consoles. It will be a while before I start playing.

" I can’t do anything "
" The world sucks"
…and so on.

This is also accompanied with the will to not change.

Sorry to say, but in my experience, words alone won’t change their attitude. Do try to keep supporting your friend, but I’ve found that pessimists need to learn to be more optimistic themselves.

There’s the culprit. Perhaps alot of time will change this.

Normally, a really traumatic experience has to happen to change the heart. The only problem is, the experience needs to be rectifiable almost immediately.
Say your grandmother is diagnosed with Alzheimers, the docs say she has 2 years to live. You try to be happy for her sake. X years later, she still lives, and being happy has become habit.
Keep in mind that every situation is different. It took a lot to break me from a pessimist shell.

Quick question, but is Halo Legends canon?

Talk about good things, talk about things they are good at I.E my friend would talk about how good I am at Video games and how I should make something out of it.

Remind them that you are their friend and that you see the greatness in them. When I get bummed out I remind myself that I am to be a beacon of hope for others, a sad fox can be no beacon.

Best of luck.

Good lord, some people need to get up from their desks once in a while. 1 month of arguing?

Guardians of the Galaxy opening scene in Destiny.

I had such a laugh from that, XD. Very creative, they were.

Oh Star Lord!
When will you grow up!

Saw “Lucy.”

Enjoyed the concept, the rest of the movie was meh. I’d have liked more focus on what one could do with that cognitive ability and less focus on bad special effects and making gang members look like mental patients.

But perhaps thats just me.

Everything but Odd One Out is canon. That commenter acts like such a narcissistic know-it-all.
