My brother used to love clowns when he was a kid.
Then he saw a Ben 10 episode where Ben’s scared of clowns and then decided to trick himself into being scared of them just like his favorite cartoon.
Now he’s 14 and is still convinced he’s scared of them.
One could say that this is proof that TV’s bad for you. One could also say that the 8 year old version of my brother is an idiot.
Is it disrespectful to pretend to have a fear of something when there are people who are actually suffering because of it?

I guess it’s a little disrespectful. Although as long as he’s not pretending that he needs meds or something then I don’t really see an issue.

Well, After a TV switch inside my house for 1080P and a 1TB hard drive (Now total of 1.5TB). My Xbox One is ready for Destiny, Halo and whatever comes next.
