The main reason I’m excited for a forum rework come November is a background that hopefully isn’t so harsh on the eyes when paired with coloured text, or the removal of coloured text for regular members all together.

Nope, but I doubt they’d stick with the Halo 4 UNSC theme for the website for MCC, especially with the style that the Halo Channel is using.
> It must be really hard being a fan of a video game if colours can do that to you.
Not really. It’s only when those colours are paired with a black background. I don’t really recall many instances were I need to read something on a wall in a video game with bright colours like red, orange, etc on a black background.
Plus, if there ever was something like that, it’s a quick read and then progress further into the game. On the forums, a lot of people post in colours in every posts resulting in every page being a pain to read.
> Even default sucks with this background at times.
I agree. Waypoint definitely needs a background revamp.
I just hope that whatever it is will be orange-friendly. If you think black behind orange is bad, try white behind orange. I have another forum which I also use (for Halo MB), and they use a whitish/gray background. Nobody can use ANYTHING besides the default because everything else is either illegible or blinding.
Something that turns off the coloured text for some users would be great, that way people can enjoy their colours while those who don’t can turn them off.
I don’t have a problem with coloured text but I can see why some people do.

Frankly I want colors disabled across the board. My reading of the forums shouldn’t be compromised because people want to use colors to be “unique” that make reading posts impossible and cause headaches. It’s not cool or considerate. Your posts should be what set you apart, not the way they look.

So you agree that the background sucks for coloured text but you still post in Orange?

Hopefully it becomes an option. I’d much prefer it if they were disabled across the board though except for moderators and admins. Obviously red text is still needed for edited posts to make them stand out.
I can tolerate most colors on here, but when people post in Blue or Purple I have to seriously strain to read it. Most times I’ll just skip, some times I may cmd+a to highlight. Also a migraine sufferer here. Thankfully not had many of late, but the past 2 weeks has felt like one long dull headache.
I remember about 2 years back, I woke with a migraine so bad that I had to force the palm of my hand into my eye socket just to ease the pain a little
School, Piano work. ALSO the Halo 3 ODST sheet music is officially underway with the first page done.
Hope it will be ready for Christmas, Would be a nice present to the community. Although every time I think something should be finished by then people ask me to do stuff and things get delayed.
But always hope for the best… Or worst if you can’t handle disappointment, lol

Good! I’m anxious to see what you bring with this. I can play most songs on that OST and I’m very curious as to what will differ between the versions I know and they ones you will create.
There are a few songs I’m not happy with and I never sat down to figure out the proper notes…

Good Hyped for the new Xbox releasing here soon. and Destiny. Wonder how that will be. It’s the first game since CE where I have absolutely NO idea what I’m getting into. But Halo CE turned out alright.
Some parts of the ODST arrangement I had seemed off. I fixed a few, but I’m not good with it yet. Last time I tried to fix some parts was like 2 years ago.
Also part of the second half of From the Ashes and also Still Grounded and Where One Road Ends seem insignificant.
A few parts of Prepare to Drop sound weird as well.

It’s different from normal works, But reading this I’m going to say I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I had that.
A doctor told me I was intoxicated. It appeared 7 years of chocolate and whatnot saturated my blood with awful stuff. So I couldn’t have chocolate, coffee, cheese, chinese food… For a while.
I never got those again, happily. Some dude told me I should drink a juice made of papaya and plum. It worked.

Just looked it up. They apparently affect 18% of women and 8% of men. I actually thought it would be more.
