The Official Off-topic Thread 7

Going on the internet can be fun & all, but my heart sinks everytime I see something idiotic. It’s like a plague, really.

Noble; You may have heard this a lot but office romances generally don’t work. Other than that, I hope you got out of there with your sanity intact.

I like Waypoint. Most people I know are civil-minded, of course there’s always an exception to the norm. I go on Twitter very frequently, it’s nice & all, but some people can be outright toxic. Don’t even get me started with IGN or YouTube.

I saw the Level 50 achievement the other day and thought, ‘‘Wow this game isn’t really productive in the likes of a ranking system’’

Then . . . I reached it, got the lovely 50G achievement, and found out it works like prestige.

:’( I can’t go through that levelling hell again!!!11111one111!!!111one!!!

What’s worse is you have to do these “Regen Requirements” to regenerate anything after Gen 1. These can be pretty easy-shot gun kills? pfft that thing is a beast-or pretty damn hard-Looking at you, railgun-, but you do level up slightly faster with each Gen.

XD, Youtube Comments are my entertainment. I got to some funny video, especially of a video of a singer and mute it so i can just read the comments. About 90% of them, I just rofl. So random.

@Tryant
I feel the same way with Waypoint, as for Twitter, I go there from time to time, yet there are some tweets which Im like “eh”.

OT: Also, im back on moderation in MLP Forums, but its more of the “invisible” mod, basically going under cover when the mods and admins are out.

That depends what sort of friends you have on Facebook, but some of the picture comments on funny photos make me laugh really hard sometimes.

Okay OT, I need some advice!

I recently ordered something online from Amazon (First time ever ordering online) and when I bought the thing I got an email confirming it and I noticed I misspelt my town name, only a slight error, my postcode and street address is correct, I’m wondering will it still ship to the location despite of the little spelling mistake?

Facebook can be very annoying at times. It really tells you something about certain people when they are posting everything for a story, posting everything they’re doing, everything they’re eating, they’re constantly seeking self-approval and attention. While I think it’s okay to do that sometimes, do it excessively and it becomes really unhealthy but I must admit I am guilty of doing this as well, hopefully don’t have this character flaw anymore.

If it’s only a slight error, I think they will be able to realize that it is misspelled and be able to deliver it.

It should be all OK, silly little errors like this happen frequently. If it’s not OK, I apologise.

It’s not an office romance so much as one idiot attempting to improve himself, and the one girl he likes happens to manage his football team.

If im not mistaken, there is an option to edit the shipping address (before its in transit. Edit the address immediately and Email Customer Service, with the item/shipping code and inform them that there is an error on the Shipping Address (specifically Town Name) and that you changed it.

I see. Well, try not to complicate things. That’s the worst thing you could do. I would give suitable advice, except I don’t have any.

It should, they use the zip code before anything else to start the narrowing down process of shipment. Brother used to work for PostNet.

Riot… you didn’t just put an ‘off topic’ acronym on the Official Off-Topic thread, did you…?

Anyway, hello everybody. Last weekend of summer… only five more days until school kicks back up… sniffle sniffle
