I called this one from a long time ago. It’s great when it works in your favor. But what happens when it’s your (console) turn in the bucket?
So much angst over TR and Destiny timed exclusives. We, as gamers, should be in this together, and not be divided over console choice. It’s preposterous to pledge allegiance to a company. It’s ok to be a fan of some one’s work, but never let that cloud your judgement.

At least Destiny isn’t a full game, but it does still suck.
I’d say it’s probably like Garden Warfare with a 6 month timer.

Tbh, COD:AW doesnt look that bad. In fact, its really cool looking especially one of the helmets looking like the ODST and Recon, but i just preordered the limited edition, b/c of all the goodies it comes with, ;).

I suspect the co-op mode will be robots. They already have zombies and aliens, and a robot uprising would fit with the private military takeover theme.

Yeah that’s what, one PvP map and one strike mission? Not that big of a deal. The first DLC is coming to both platforms in December so it’s not even like Call of Duty or Battlefield where PS players get all content a month later than Xbox.

Okay, funny story.
I was playin’ a few Custom Games with a friend and his friends, right? Well, we started to play some Power Rangers gametype or somethin’. We got a choice of a DMR, BR, and a Carbine. I chose the Carbine. You know why? Because I like it.
Anyway, everyone got, on average, five or six kills. I got seventeen. After the game ended, I was pretty much kicked out of lobby, with the objections of one person. Apparently, the reason I was kicked was because I’m a “tryhard” for using the Carbine.
What?
First off, I’m not a “tryhard”. You stick me in a game with one and I’ll get my -Yoink!- kicked! Second, I’ll say it again, I use the Carbine because I like it, not because I’m a “tryhard”. And third, what do they have against “tryhards” anyway? Toxic players I can understand but… people who just so happen to be good at a game? No.
Ugh, people like that I find to be absolutely disgusting.
In any case, I got a good laugh out of it all.

I really hope SpecOps returns. I’ll never understand why Infinity Ward chose to ditch it.

Similar thing happened to me in Battlefield. I managed to take down a jet with a tank, and I was immediately kicked off the server. I’ll never understand why people can’t just appreciate a good play.

I’ll admit, most of Advanced Warfare’s features aren’t exactly new to the genre, but it is new for Call of Duty, and actually seems to work for it. Plus, there are changes made to the core gameplay, not just add-ons “stolen” from other games.

I am not, I’ve tried every game Campaign+MM (I watched Ghost’s campaign…sue me.) all have been sub-par to the BF series ( I dislike BF ) and to Halo.
Hell even Crysis (Which I hate more then CoD) has a better story.

So much this. I felt like a fool for getting MW3. It was like a copy of a copy of a copy.

I was actually very upset with Crysis. Bought 3 and didnt last long unfortunately. As for Ghosts, the only thing i enjoyed about the game was Extinction and Squads. Its a perfect practice ground for newcomers (excluding myself) , yet Squads would be a nice added feature in Halo, that way b4 they join MM, they get to practice. Yet, thats a whole different discussion.
