Agreed. Godzilla was the best film i watched this year. As for GotG, saw it Wednesday and i gotta admit, i didnt expect it to be that good. One problem i had was that there were too many 70’s songs, like hooked on a feeling, come and get ya love, stayin alive, etc. Then again, the comic itself came out in the 70’s if im not mistaken. Btw, did anyone realize that Josh Brolin was Thanos?

Haven’t watched Godzilla yet. Me neither! Definitely surprised me. Marvel is on a roll right now, I hope they can keep it up for a long time. That’s because of Star-Lord’s love for them, he grew up with that music before Yondu and the Ravagers abducted him. Everyone I know who watched the movie had no problem with it, they actually liked there being a lot of 60s/70s songs. I did realize Josh Brolin was Thanos.

…the old WWE wrestler Bautista, was Drax the Destroyer…
I have yet to see it yet, but judging from all of the really underused Marvel characters, I’m taking that this is really good.

Speeking of Thanos, there is going to be Deadpool stand alone movie with the Reynolds guy who played him in Origins although it is going to be completely different with a different Deadpool. I wonder if Thanos will stop Deadpool from dying so he can have Lady Death for himself.

Here is the video/comic, the final issue of Deadpool vs Carnage where Deadpool actually breaks Carnage mentally!

The Origins Deadpool was just weird. He was a pale, scrawny, stitched-mouthed guy with sword hands and laser eyes. But this Deadpool looks really promising.

I was so mad when they unveiled him near the end of Origins. Though sewing his mouth shut was a nice little gimmick they did, even if I prefer him talking constantly.

I agree. It made sense for the movie, but not for the character.

I think it made too much like Deathstroke. A silent killer with extreme skill. Just given powers from mutant gene extracts.

In the new Deadpool movie, I think that he will make fun of or rage at his Origins self…

He’s the merc with a mouth who teleports, does suicide tactics, is a skilled assassin, and has the most messed up mind there is…
It is a shame that they messed up his character. He should have been this.

There is no Deadpool movie.

Ummm…they are still campaigning for it.

Yeah? That’s not a movie, just a campaign.

But he was supposed to die-die.

Hell, even his grave and all was seen in “The name of the Doctor”

I knew he looked familiar, lol. If im not mistaken, he also played that golden warrior from Man with the Iron Fist. Great film, btw, :).

Wait. There was a Deadpool vs Carnage comic. XD, Two maniacs against each other…now that i gotta read. However, with regards to a stand alone film of Deadpool, i heard about that, but hope there isnt one. He’s just annoying, imo. I do however, and not yo move away, is to see a stand alone movie on Venom (Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson). That, i will truly enjoy, :). If not, have Venom return (yet, he better be a little more bulky than that horrid Spiderman 3 twig appearance. He’s supposed to be bigger and badder) in Amazing Spiderman 3, allying with Spiderman to defeat Carnage.

Wow busy last few days.

Lot to do…must do one by one. Not stress. :v

Also partway through Attack on Titan. It’s slightly over-hyped(seriously the amount of raving people I know have done made me think it has like 100 episodes already and it’s kind of ridiculous). But each individual episode is paced PERFECTLY. The overall plot is paced in perfect lock step with each individual episode too. It’s great to finally watch an anime where I’m not bored after 5 minutes.

The animation is a breath of fresh air as well. Though the voices in the English dub are kinda mildly annoying.(Sub watchers, I already know the sub is probably a billion times better. There’s reasons I haven’t watched the sub yet. Perhaps sometime in the future).

I’m quite liking it so far.

I want him to die. You can’t drag a series on forever.

The Simpsons want a word with you.

I don’t want the Doctor to die, but i don’t like it how the writers hyped the -Yoink- out of his death, and then basically said ‘lolnope, plothole, he lives, yay’

Took me a minute to realize what you meant, XD.
