It’s only been rumored so far, although Bioware has stated that this is being taken into serious consideration. In other words, they’d be foolish not to do it.

Before leaving the office, Hudson reportedly struggled to pick the red, blue or green farewell cupcake on the way out.

Gah… finally finished another Egg Hunt for CoD Ghosts in order to grab an achievement in Extinction. I really, really hate CoD.

I kinda liked that mission.
Not because of all the slaughter and all, but because of the idea behind it.
It doesn’t take more than 1 bullet to set the world on fire, and the ‘No Russian’ mission shows just how possible it is in modern society to turn every country against one-another.
I think the premise of No Russian begins to fall apart when just prior we were shown various newspapers of Makarov and his statements saying he plans on attacking. Not to mention the security cameras that had to have caught Makarov in the act. Yeah, an American was in on the attack…but one Makarov was still there. Then somehow this allows Russia to launch a full-scale invasion of the US and Europe. I don’t think Russia has that capability.

Props to Infinity Ward for going through with that mission. Caught a lot of heat from the press but it made the story that much better.

Hopefully the Ghosts storyline picks up. Always been a fan of the Modern Warfare one and was sad to see it end with MW3 in 2011.

Isn’t that the one in the airport? If so then yes, I remember it and I couldn’t finish the game after seeing it.
I wasn’t offended by it or anything, the shock value for it was just too much and it just made me feel awkward I guess. Either way, someone else finished the game for me. (I am absolutely serious.)

Yes, Makarov had already threatened to attack Europe and US, but in the No Russian mission they were using American weapons and uniforms, and Makarov shot the undercover American soldier and left him to die in the airport, ‘confirming’ that the whole attack was made by the US.
That was all the proof the Russians needed to start hating on the US. And considering what sort of military force Russia is in real life, i wasn’t surprised about how easily they started their attack on US and Europe.

I get disgusted whenever I think of that mission. I actually used it in one of my ethics essays once because the level was so controversial. Still wished I never played it.
I completely forgot. Currently sitting in Bergen PAC, about to see Kenny Loggins LIVE. Nice to hear some good 80’s music, even though i was born 91, ;).

I feel like COD story-lines have gone downhill since Modern Warfare.

Disturbing.
I don’t like playing that stuff, but the story in Modern Warfare 2 got better and better.
MW2 is one of my favorite games story wise.
