Wait I just Googled the film, I remember him. I watched some of the ending of the movie a long time ago. From what I saw, I always thought it was a really weird movie, did not like the style at all.
Sounds like a lot of fun, would like to visit New York again. It’s pretty cool how you’re going to see TMNT and you’re in the city of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Spider-Man.

But how can 343i comment effectively about something they know nothing about and did not create? Know what I mean? They know nothing of Xbox UK and GAME’s plans. What if they say “There is no plan to make an exclusive” (which they did already), but then Xbox US decides to make a deal to bring this to the US? Then they look the fools.
I don’t think 343i is in a position to make any statement about this, as they had no part in the planning and/or deal between the two parties that created the limited and mjolnir versions for the UK.
I would just stick with 343i’s original statement, that they have no plans of releasing special editions. It’s quite possible that that the reception of these additions has changed their minds, but for the time being I would stick with what we know for sure: that this is an UK exclusive, and there are no plans for state side special editions.

They did nothing wrong. They created a bundle (an overpriced one at that) to make some money like proper businesses do.
They don’t need to consult with 343 Industries about this bundle because it isn’t theirs to deal with. Halo is big, sure. Those questions are all answered with this: It isn’t an official 343 Industries product, it was created by GAME and Xbox UK in a joint effort.
343 Industries confirmed they will NOT be making an OFFICIAL Collectors/Limited Edition and that’s all there is to say.
Either way, they could mention it in a Bulletin (maybe tonight?) and they could not. It wouldn’t matter.

I’m not against special editions.
I am against wrong/bad advertising and unclarity in what products will release
ESPECIALY with Halo.
Now if 343 is stumped as you say. I’m still mad that these items where made know and released in the way they did.
