That’s fine, but I hate how Microsoft blatantly lied about how the Kinect 2.0 was needed for the One to function and how essential it was. Since that isn’t true, I’ll eventually get the Kinectless bundle. As of now, it just looks like the Kinect is a silly peripheral and I’ve seen little news indicating it will be a big feature for any upcoming games.

Well I mean it was needed but people did not like it so the day one update got rid of the need for it.
And just like that all main-line game companies ceased caring about it.

Delta showed up on Clone Wars (I didn’t like that show very much) so they are still canon in a way.

I’d rather sell it and get the a version that I actually want over a version that comes pre-packaged with so much garbage software to make this hideous abomination of cash sucking trash work properly. I honestly don’t mind doing it, I’m aware that I can unplug it or just sell it but here’s the thing.
Selling the Kinect alone is pointless, most stores where I am won’t take them and even if they do they’ll give you less than £10 for it.
I bought the Kinect version for my family to use, but after noticing the lack of games dedicated to this cash burner they stopped playing it…meaning I essentially wasted £100-150 for a piece of plastic with a fancy webcam in it.
Due to the previously mentioned lack of games and the fact that there was NO mention of it at E3 this year AT ALL I’m going to take a wild guess and say soon enough this “innovative and integral part of the Xbox One experience” will become irrelevant and just fade into the background like every cheap fad has before it.

Doing good. I have to work on a marketing campaign for a dude who is trying to sell drinks at the biggest sports park in this country and somehow failing to do so.
His strategy has to be awful if absolutely nobody wants to buy his drinks when we are at 35° celcius. And I have tried his drinks and those are great. Mybe he doesn’t understand that people will not magicaly show up at his place.
I’ll find out tonight during the meeting and tomorrow during the market study.
Its a nice thing that im back here, since this seems to be the only place where you can discuss video games that weren’t made 20 years ago and are not PC/WiiU exclusives.
And you are allowed to like those games.

God I love the Off-Topic ommunity, a lot of eventful stuff goes on (like that time me & a couple of other dudes did some UNSC Infinity roleplay because we were crazy, that was before H4 was released I think.)
