British railway systems are pretty mediocre, but not unbearable. It’s about a 5-minute train ride from Pyle to Bridgend (where I used to live…well the town I’ll be moving out of.)
Not sure about the railways but I know for a fact that the buses in Britain are terrible.

Bit or a random post here but I hate people that ask questions all the time, I’m all for questioning but not when the answer is simple.
If I ask you to do something I don’t want to hear “Why?” or “Why do I have to do it that way?” I want you to just get it done. It isn’t a difficult request and the fact that you’re holding up time because of your personal preference means nothing to me.
If this were in a social sort of thing, I’d understand. But if there’s money involved, either do it the way I ask you to do it or get lost and go without.

Well you have to respect people that try to help by criticizing.
If you want something done and somebody knows a “better” way of doing it, It’s good to hear people out
Now if it’s purely very simple things and somebody nags constantly that’s different.
It also help when people know clearly where they stand, These situations are always different, Be it work, friends, Family.

The one thing I remember from my trip to Britain when I was five was how my mom was confused as -Yoink- from the steering wheel being on the other side of the car.

Falcon 3.0, Red Baron, Strike Eagle 3, X-Wing, A-10 Warthog, Retaliator, etc. all back on the MS-DOS.

Indeed, :D. Good thing about it too is while im working there, I can pursue my minor (which is my childhood passion, besides IT), and it will be a little cheaper since i’ll be working at the school, hopefully)

It is indeed one of those situations where they’re just nagging. If I know for a fact that their idea is going to cause the total collapse of what we’re doing I’m not going to do it. I’m going to explain why it isn’t going to happen and if they don’t like it then they’re more than welcome to leave.
So basically, the thing they were suggesting wasn’t going to help anything.

German Shepherds are the only big dog I would own to be honest. They got it all made.

> Uh huh. And the last time you heard a news report of a golden retriever biting someone was…? They don’t report on that because it’s not as sensationalistic. Other breeds are just as prone to biting and ‘causing damage’ as “Pit Bulls” (Which, btw, be more specific please. Any dog with a square head is labeled a ‘pit bull’ usually which is very much not accurate.) but they don’t report on that because heaven forbid people learn that German Shepherds or Golden Retrievers can bite with enough force to cause damage.

Other dog bites aren’t reported because usually it is one bite then done. Pits actually maul people, children often times. Has the worst track record of all breeds. Sure it’s the owners at times, but not enough to justify how often they attack generally speaking. The news etc aren’t out to put a bad rap on pits on purpose, they just get all the reports of the attacks.

I got a German Shepard in March, 6 Months Old now, Already bigger than my Labrador
Sorry Cream, but I’m going to trust the ASPCA in terms of animal safety and reliability of facts on this one. While they admit that they can cause serious damage, Snickerdoole’s point about other breeds bite records just aren’t tasty enough fodder for the media is also one they argue. Seems a lot of folks here buy into the alarmist mindset about pits.
