What is this Halo Archive and what is this Sitri incident? Sorry, I’m late to the conversation and I’m just hoping for a helping hand. :3

Halo Archive was a website set up by a bunch of people who were really invested into Halo Lore, one of the mods (don’t want to say who, that’s being a little rude as this is behind his back) used the HaloArchive official twitter to ask a mod on Waypoint why someone was banned and Sitri (who’s not a mod) replied a little bluntly (it’s Twitter, you only have 140 characters).
So then, the mod goes and complains about Sitri behind his back on the HaloArchive forums thinking he’s a mod, but he learns his mistake and Sitri personally comes onto the HaloArchive forums to call him out (props to DecepticonCobra to calling him out on it earlier though).
So does the mod apologize at all? Nope, he changes the discussion to being scared of cows and later hides the chat thread to non-members where this was all taking place, thier Off-Topic is was also hidden at the same time which includes the thread “Waypoint Frustration” where they bash the Waypoint Mods and Waypoint as a whole behind their backs.
Thinking of joining the place if I ever decided to get invested into Halo Lore, no way I’m doing that now, much more content here and on the Beyond forums.
Not that I have a problem with most of the members on there of course, most of them seemed to be pretty nice (Andycu5), but I’ve decided it’s defiantly not my sort of place.

Yeah, he got banned, end of that discussion as we’re not allowed to discuss them here.
EDIT: To be fair to HaloArchive (I don’t want plain Archive bashing, not really my thing and it doesn’t look at the good things about them), I would recommend it if you’re deeply interested in the lore due to the level of detailed discussion there and the blogs are so detailed it blows my mind.
I see them definitely finding success in the future and wish them the best of luck, 110% going there if the Halo 5 Plot is madly confusing.
Playing through Conviction trying to get past Hunter on realistic without being caught. I get to Zone 4, two people left, shoot one person in the head, the last guy on the other side of the map call me a mother-you-know-what and shoots at me and I’m detected. It was pitch black and the pistol was silenced. I am so pissed off right now.

I’ll let you guess which admins were talking behind my back on admin chat, which I saw so I decided to leave because they didn’t want me. And who sent me that trick link avatar. Not that saying them out wouldn’t cause me trouble I think. But even then it feels… speaking of, I must remember to quell bad sentiments and keep it in.
I am what my signature says… I think I’ll remove some text from it, but keep then two things.
Imagine if halo weapons were on star wars and if halo and star wars were merged somehow but mow a direct versus. Could you imagine some bounty hunters utilizing UNSC weapons such as a DMR to snipe out a target at long range? >950m. Or imagine some sangheili mandalorians with energy swords. If somehow some prometheam knights had more freedom or were utilized by other people, imagine bounty hunting, search and rescue operations, kidnapping or hostage rescues. Bounty hunting, with disintegration? Easy, a knight could set himself up with a binary rifle, or close in teleport using a scattershot. Search and rescue ops? Imagine a knight with promethean vision to see through stuff. It could deploy a watcher to scout from the air, crawlers could be made to spread out and help. Kidnapping? Teleport near the target, grab, and teleport out. Bam, kidnapped. Hostages? Bam, teleport near hostage, grab, get out. Maybe shoot someone.
