I was born in Texas and lived there for the first two years of my life. I still have family there that see nearly every year. Being from the Pacific Northwest, I have no distinct accent, but I also pick up other accents really easily. I’ll come back after each trip there with a slight accent, and my friends find it very amusing.
They’re super nice people, but ugh, the summers are so hot. D:
At my previous job the supervisor who interviewed me asked where I was from. I asked why he was curious. He said I didn’t sound like a native Californian but he couldn’t place my accent.
The confused look on his face when I said I was a born and raised Californian was priceless.
Probably from years of watching British TV. I’m never going to put the letter u in weird places though!
A little late but im so glad i didnt bet on the World cup. However i had quite a laugh, b/c my cuz lost his car for a month. Apparently he made a bet with his bro that Argentina was gonna win. After the game, he threw the keys to his 2014 Mercedes.
Anyhow, just got home from my cuzs and too hyper, so might as well play the 360. Yet, theres nothing good to play,

Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie are available for $15 together. Excellent games from the N64 so look into it.
I am debating if i should set up another game night, so i can at least play again, :D.
Anyhow, @Smiley, yeah…you had to see the look on my cousins face when he gave the keys to his brother. Then again, I mentioned to Avak, my family is extremely competitive when it comes to sports. Even when I played Football back in HS, all i thought about is winning,
