I was just wondering if it’s possible that a Halo: Battlefront could be made at some point, a lot of people in the community would love to have one and I just think it

Hi 343i, how you doing today?

First of all, I would like to congratulate you guys there at 343i for making such great game for Halo 4, its been & still is one of the best Halo to date.

Now with that being said, I would like to state my opinions on the games, first I would like to see any other games that you may bring in the future with its original theme song because it is the Soul of the Game, its what people will recognize the game and all its features from, its the melody that will captivate an audience and bring nostalgic people back to their roots, in other words, its what will bring long lost fans of the franchise back to Halo because its due to some tweaks or changes that are not authentic that made them literally fled the franchise. I’m talking about the Ancient Monk chanting theme song with Drums (specially Timbale & Timpani Drums), trumpets & Strings, specially the Halo 2 theme version, now here’s the trick that will make it perfect, change it epicly so that it may stay the same but at the same time be slightly different at each upcoming game. Yes, hungarian chanting is nice in Halo 4 but nothing will ever replace or come close the Monk chanting Theme song that everyone love and nothing ever will cause its the soul of Halo and I can say that the Community will agree with me on that!

Also, I wanted to point out that I had a great idea about a way to improve our skills with a practice mode where we could select the adversary and their faction that we would like to practice against whether they are a group or not (if possible) and be able to choose his style of attacks, offense, defense, evade tactics and more using some king of AI configuration for his attacks & defense, etc in a options menu and even choose the number of attackers, & spawning rate, rate of fire, precision, assassinations, hijack, etc, and have the option to switch any of these on or off, I used to call it fight against the chief, please belive me when I say that the whole community would love this as a practice mode.

PS: Please Please, check back all of my ideas in this same thread, they are freaking great!

And I would like to talk about a game mode that would bring 4 teams of 3 where each team would be a faction, where in each faction you could select the character that you want, the weapons, vehicles, grenades, equipments, AAs, vehicles & AI support of that faction that you want, and the gametype would be kind alike Invasion (which should come back by all means in Halo 5) where there will be an infiltration part in the first part of the game which would be extraction, then it would be CTF as the second part then assault for the last part of the game, now tell me that its brilliant. Also there would be a regular team slayer gametype where the goal would be for each faction to be the first team to reach 15 kills then we would change round and each team would change faction until all teams have played each faction once, that would be epic & I’m sure that the Community would love this in the game!

Also I wanted to mention that the Halo Battlefront idea is super Awesome!

I love all the new game types, and I know because of the separation from Bungie, you guys didn’t have all the rights to some of the names of the gametypes & other things but please in the future don’t replace the original team slayer games by something else instead of the original team slayer & slayer gametypes, specially with the Infinity slayer & regicide, I’m not saying not to put them in the game but not to replace them that’s all and the point system in these games should be revise where each medals is worth 5 pts and for each sprees some medals that are in relation to the sprees upgrade to 10 points for a killing spree, then 15 pts for a killing frenzy and finally 20 pts for a running riot spree and no medals should be worth more than 25 pts so that the point system can be fair to every body because too often than enough a top player who has more kill will have less points then another who has 4 - 5 kills less and that not fair. Also I wanted to point out that in that point system there should be the BPR rating that indicate the skills level of each player as Reach as a separate addition but with less points just to gave more meaning to this point system with H3 pts system of 1 pts per game!

Also, I can’t state that enough that the next game need to go back to its roots of Halo 3 where you would start from that, add the AAs well tweaked (with the jetpack with 20% more thrust & Evade of Halo Reach, then Sprint with 2 more sec., Hologram with more capabilities like engaging ennemies, throwing fake grenades, shielding out ennemies by fake assassinations without killing them, hard light shield, fast run which give twice the speed of sprinting, active camouflage where instead of becoming slightly visible, the contour of the player turn slightly visible the color of the player, thruster with a 20% longer movement with twice the thrust before depletion and in FPS for more fun because really the one who decide to listen to pro player and remove both the dual thrust & fps view should definitely get fired for putting fun, casual play & excitement after competitive play because MLG & the competitive plays can have their own playlist where they can do whatever they want there but not in the social playlist, and the ranked playlist could have different settings for the thruster there, also the thruster should be able to move someone over a small gap like the bridges on haven, that’s the advantage over evade it move you in straight line in the direction that you want, regeneration field should return as an equipment, Promethean vision & Autosentry is perfect.) then with equipment that are all from Halo 3 except radar jammer, and we should keep flare but with a tweak where it would blind us for 2 - 3 sec. but would disable any HUD for 5 sec. within a drainer radius & would have the same flaring radius also.

Also for the weapons, each faction would have their own weapon in each categories and no faction would miss a weapon of each category, like for example the grenade launcher category, there would be UNSC, then the concussion riffle for the covenant, then the bruteshot for the brute, the flameshot for the Forunner, and for the rocket launcher category, there would be the UNSC one, then the FRG for the covenant, then the spear canon for the brute, then the incineration canon for the forunner, you get the idea here, and how great it would be to have a customizable weapon menu, imagine the possibilities here of creating your own weapon from a multiple range of choices, imagine a Gunsmith menu where even the scopes and the weapon attachments, yes gun attachments would be customizable, it would be Halo Heaven and a lot of players would switch to Halo for his diversity & options, remember 343i, Bungie wasn’t able to bring this much variety to the game because of technology back then, amount of personnel & the system capabilities (Xbox 360) now the new platform for the next generation Xbox console will be virtually limitless and beside it would have been Bungie dreams with their so called ‘‘arsenal …’’ that they really wanted to do, so please make it happen bigger than they would have wanted it.

PPS: Also I wanted to mention that every faction need their own Warthog, Mongoose, Elephant, Hornet and Falcon, Ty!

Hi 343i, here is my wish list for Halo 5, if possible Halo 4!

  1. 15% faster Sprint or at least as fast as Reach with 30% longer timer that is just like Halo 4!
    <mark>2. Couple with Sprint is Evade (by taping the left joystick while running or walking in any direction), where it is exactly like Reach!</mark>
    <mark>3. Being able to climb just like Crysis, its a small step that will make giant leap for Halo Kind!</mark>
  2. More Weapons where each faction (UNSC, Covenant (without Brutes), Brutes, Forunner) have each category of weapon just like I’ve mention in my previous post!
    <mark>5. Weapon Attachments & weapon customization, just like I’ve said in the past, (for the weapon attachments, there will be a mini shotgun, grenade launcher, Spartan laser, SMG, crossbow, sticky detonator (less Powerful the actual one), dagger (for running assassination because its freaking Awesome), railgun, (and of course each of these attachment will be at least a two direct hit for kill or more), then the weapon customization will be like the gunsmith of GR Future Soldier with a circular menu & circular magazines of lots of different style. <mark>6. Equipments, (everyone of them from H3 except the radar jammer, instead have a UNSC motion sensor bomb that is 10% larger then the radius of the drainer and would have the damage power of the sticky detonator that would activate upon contact of any anything.</mark>
<mark>7. Grenades, everyone of them, Frag, Plasma, Spike, incendiary, pulse, EMP grenade from the story ‘‘Headhunters’’. And Here are some new ones, Freeze where it would be like the incendiary grenade but on impact it would release liquid nitrogen to freeze, kill and break the enemy instantly. Then there would be the UNSC Style Promethean vision where whenever you throw it, upon impact it would release a high frequency radar that would react as the promethean vision for the player!</mark>
<mark>8. All previous vehicles, (Yes even the Prowler, Spectre, Chopper, Hornet, Sabre, Falcon, Elephant and every faction have the equivalent of the category of these vehicles and more!) And here is a bunch of brand new vehicles, a Spartan Laser or grenade launcher or sticky detonator or Railgun or crossbow Warthog where it would charge for about one second (for the Spartan Laser Warthog) and would be as powerful as the Spartan Laser of Halo 3 and where the player could hold the firing mechanism by holding the left trigger for up to 10 seconds at most before it automatically fire or it could be the grenade launcher warthog (same grenade launcher as the Falcon grenade launcher of Halo Reach) or a powerful sticky detonator warthog or a powerful Railgun Warthog or a Crossbow Warthog with detonating heads Also it would be great to have a little boost of 1 - 2 sec. on the Warthogs and how great it would be to have a Machine Gun on the back of the Mongoose for the second passenger!!</mark>
<mark>9. A Real Map Editor, where you could create the land first just like you want with weater & climatic timed events (at least 3 with rain storm, snow storm, sand storm), and then create the Map!</mark>
10. Well balance armor abilities just like I’ve been mentioning in my previous post, cause it make sense and its much less frustrating and its more fun and fun should always come first before competitive plays & restrictions.

  1. Halo styled Playlists; where there is 3 category of playlist Ranked, Social, Community and in each category there will be multiple playlist names where each one would have multiple game types that are related to the playlist name just like Halo 3, here are the 3 categories: 1. is Rank Playlist where all the playlist for ranking up are, 2. Social Playlist where all the Social Playlist are (and everything need to be like Halo 3), 3. Community Playlist where all the ‘‘Fun Stuff’’ that the community makes end up here with a ‘‘Custom Game’’, ‘‘Action Sack’’ and ‘‘Maption Sack’’ are!

  2. I would like to see different HUD for different Helmet!

  3. A lot more Melee Weapons from each faction!

  4. Being able to play different characters in both Campaign & MM! And being able to play brutes too, yes Brutes in Campaign & MM, (also Elites, Grunts, jackals, Skirmishers, Hunters, Prometheans Knights, buggers, etc.)

  5. Bring back the Arbiter and Cortana so we may play them both in Campaign & at least Arbiter in MM because its awesome to play different characters.
    17.Bring a lot more different & paradisiacal locations for H5 Campaign because that’s why in my opinion H2 Campaign was the best Campaign because we could play in different heavenly & Important locations (places that have great luxuriant waters, cascades, beautiful flowers, vegetations & fruits and don’t be too shy to bring us too to the snowy places like the end of Halo 3) with different Characters then H4, so that’s why IMO H4 Campaign is .01 point after H2!
    <mark>18. Probably the most important of them all, having dual options for the X & Y axis where we could select different sensitivity for each axis because more often then none I wish that my X axis was 2 points faster than my Y axis and I belive that many would want this too and having a U-turn button by taping the Back button, while also having to hold the back button would indicate the score board.</mark>

  6. Being able to perform Assassinations on big enemies like the Hunter (with grenades too just like in ‘‘Forward Unto Dawn’’ video that came with Halo 4 where Master Chief did it) and be able to use their weapons & shields!

  7. Being able to fight boss Enemies that are extremely difficult to beat at the end of each Campaign missions or Spartan Ops Missions.

  8. Being able to play a different Campaign mission for the Covenant, Brutes, Forunners than just the UNSC, and being able to play the Blue team of Frederic & Kelly (from the Halo Books) and be able to choose which one we want to play!
    <mark>22. Bring back those funny & awesome line that the grunt use to say (but in english so that everyone can understand) really its crucial to the authenticity of Halo and it will bring a lot more people back to Halo, also don’t forget the Elites too because no one want to ear them speak sangheli at all, we prefer them to speak English so we might understand them like we used to, same goes for the Brutes, and please have some great & funny lines! Trust me that will bring an Oscar from the community!</mark>

  9. Also I would want to have harder difficulties that do not, I repeat do not decrease my shield resistance, instead the AI of the enemies should be more precise, with a greater firing rate with much more enemies, that’s what would make it fair for everyone!

I love halo, ive been playing since the first halo. I like what you did with the current halo for the most part. I love that you added more detail to the spartans and the vehicles, the graphics have improved dramatically, and the ordinance drops. However, a few things i would improve or change would be the multiplayer lag,it seems like almost everyday the games go to a black screen and the game is on hold because of the servers, im assuming. I would also love to see a way for there to be a matchmaking playlist for custom games created by individuals, somehow. It would also be super nice if you could allow the players to forge and create spartan ops scenarios and place whatever enemies and enemy vehicles in the scenario, along with the forging of the map of that scenario. And more control of forging we used to be able to forge anything on any map, and reduced us to like only 3 maps to forge on without frestrictions. We want to forge on every map with no restrictions, please!

Hi 343i, hope your doing great and that you are well in the way in the production of Halo 5, don’t worry, be happy by listening to the community!

Here’s the next part of the list that Halo should have!

  1. IMO, the Halo menus should go back to their original authenticity, what I mean by that is that they should be a very nice animation, like H1, H2 and H3, they all had animated menus but from Halo Reach & Halo 4 there was none and IMO it take out of the authenticity that ‘‘we’’ the players of the franchise are missing, I know that for space ‘‘issues’’ they cut out to simple photos, but I’m telling you guys its vital, but in the new Xbox 720 Platform the space issues will not be IMO a problem, and I would like that each menus have a different animation, now here is how you can make this feature extremely advantageous for the Halo Kind, in each animation you can put a selectable mini game in the menu that we could play from by selecting the background animation or etc. kind alike the zombie level at the end of COD, or kind alike a firefight mini game with unlimited & harder levels that you could access and enjoy in a Halo theme style gameplay with objectives, nothing too big, kind alike the Warthog jump or minecraft in a FPS style game but with a little better graphic!

  2. Now from Halo Reach & Halo 4 there was a lot of things that have been cut even from Halo 1 through 3 & ODST in term of gameplay features, levels, ideas, weapons, vehicles, armor abilities, equipments, etc. now I want you guys to go back to all of those ideas that have been left behind, talk to the old artists, engineers & writers, etc. of all the past games and even Halo wars to get together & rally all that ever was left behind, all that is ‘‘Halo’’ for the next game, at least all the major Big ideas, and also give the community ideas a very warm & Big place in that process, I’m not trying to tell you what to do but its really great to be able to consider everything from the past and from every angle for the Master Piece that Halo 5 will be and please bring back Cortana because the Franchise IMO would die without her & Master Chief!

  3. In the case of Cortana, since she absorb a lot of Forunner technology, it would be cool to see that she can use some of those abilities, for instance it would be cool that she could have a Forunner Holographic module kind alike Star Trek where she could project her self at full size at will and have a Forunner shield around her so she could interact with her environment so we could be able to use her as a character in the campaign & do amazing things just like Master Chief so that she could survive in the Didact ship wreckage!

  4. It would be great for the Tank, Warthog, hornet & Falcon to have nitros of 2 sec. same goes for the Forunner vehicles.

  5. The Wraith should have the same rate of fire as the tank with the same damage range too, same would go for the Forunner & Brute Tank!

  6. I wanna see the Brutes back in Halo 5, and this faction should have their own weapons, (spiker, mauler, bruteshot, gravity hammer, spike grenade, and an equivalent for each of those weapon category, Magnum, DMR, BR, Sniper, Rocket, sticky detonator, railgun, Spartan Laser, SMG, Saw, etc.) equipment, armor abilities, armor customisation, vehicles, (Chopper, Prowler, and vehicle equivalent of the Tank, Elephant, Hornet, Falcon, Banshee).

  7. I would like to see at the end of each mission a boss that we can fight that uses Holodrones just like in Halo 2, I would like to see Holodrone equivalent on the Forunner side as Bosses also for the end of a mission because I feel that there is not enough Bosses in the Halo games because there should be one at the end of each mission level, it doesn’t have to be a real one, it could be Holodrones, special A.I. like a Huge Boss Promethean or a great Major equivalent Boss, and lets not forget about the brutes, there could be some brute Chieftan like Tartarus From Halo 2 with a really heavy shield and we could have an assist AI like Johnson back in Halo 2, all I’m saying is that Halo need more Boss level, really Hard ones just like the end of Halo two at the end of each mission, also we could have bosses that we could kill using vehicles or the bosses could use vehicles or we could both use assist AIs, like for the Spartans, they could have Marines & ODSTs, and for the Covenant, Holodrones, buggers, etc. I mean AIs that are really tough to kill and that are hard to hit and that travel in packs, same goes for the Forunners & brutes!

  8. One of the things that Gears of war is famous for is that they have fresh new batch of enemies at each new games, now Halo could be the same and be excellent & better than the others games just by having this simple feature in it, now Bungie introduce the skirmishers in Reach which was brilliant and by the way they absolutely need to have a come back to the franchise, now here is the secret that will make the game priceless, add in each new game 4 new characters, they could be foes or allies, but foes will mostly bring much much more fun to the franchise, and here is where you could put them, aside of the Skirmishers that need to come back, you could bring other races of aliens that are alike the covenant infantries (grunts, jackals, skirmishers, buggers, hunters, etc.) for the faction of the brutes and please make sure that they have kind of the same AI style as their covenant equivalant, and for the Forunners, since they are a Tier 1 Alien race they could create new types of AI Prometheans that are kind alike the equivalent of covenant infantries, because it is very awesome to be able to ear stupid comment that the grunts equivalant foes would say but also to fight new enemies than just the same one over and over again, and it refresh the feel & the overhaul replayable value of the game. Same goes for the covenant, they could ally themselves with other species too, same goes for the prophets and also the UNSC could found a new race & be allies with them, the possibilities are endless!

  9. In the menus of the campaign, I would like to see for each mission at least 5 rally point chapters with names like: Rally point Alpha: The begining of the great journey, Rally point Beta: The Arbiter ascendance, Rally point Charlie: Cortana’s Awakening nightmare, well you get the idea here and at least 5 chapters per mission!

  10. I wanted to mention that we need the SMG back, and IMO the SMG from Halo 2 had the best Power, Range and feel to it and the bullet were bigger somehow!

  11. The Jackals should IMO throw & drop plasma grenades too as they used to be in Halo 2 same goes for the Skirmishers!

  12. Also please use the composers for the Halo Evolutions stories on Halo Waypoint ‘‘The return’’, ‘‘Mona Lisa’’, and ‘‘Midnight in the Heart of Midlothian’’ because they are awesome and really catch the vibe of Halo Music & feel even if they have a slight darker tone to their music which is brilliant IMO!

Hi 343i, hope your doing great in the development of Halo 5!

I wanted to give you a list of things IMO did not need to change in Halo 4 & what should be also in Halo 5:

  1. The grenade bounce is a little off & the algorithm of explosion is soo unpredictable, it use to blow in the face of enemies even if we bounce them on the floor, now they bounce & explode far behind enemies, but I really like the fact that they can bounce really far, also it needs to be able to bounce the same on all hard surfaces.

  2. The throw glitch of grenades in Halo 4 should be the default throwing power for all player, I remember Halo CE where it was fun to throw really far, now from H2 to now we have to look up really high to throw far and its can make the difference between a kill and getting kill!

  3. Sprint is defective and don’t work as well as Reach where sometimes I would hit sprint in the air and land while going forward and the sprint would not work as well, I think that it would need a larger range of activation in X, Y axis where its more than just 90 degrees up front like the radar would suggest (the darker triangle part of the radar) but instead it should be 110 degrees so it could work better than Reach. Sprint needs to be at least 5 - 10 % faster than Reach because it feels like I’m jogging instead of running.

  4. The annoying slowdown that we get when we receive incoming fire while running or walking is too frustrating & annoying, please take it out, instead what would make it incredible would be to a 5% speed increase because in real life I would have an adrenaline rush and sprint even faster than normal.

  5. Vehicle physics need to be adjusted a little, where ghost need to be exactly like Halo 3, and explosion under vehicles needs to be a lot more effective where they would bounce and make the vehicles flip like Halo 3 because that’s what made the game far more fun with the amazing vehicular physics of H3 where the vehicles would have their own awesome flipping axis & trajectory with a lot of landing aid & stability, those days were awesome, because in Halo 4 there is not enough crazy vehicular bounce & craziness it use to Have in Halo 3 and I know that with better engine & physics those thing become less & less evident but Halo needs its vehicular bounce back!

  6. Halo needs a complete range of vehicles, each factions, the UNSC, the Elite part of the Covenant, the Brute & the prophets part of the covenant, the Forunners & Prometheans, each one need a complete list of vehicles, at least 2 aerial vehicle one medium like the Hornet & a big one like the Falcon, and at least four ground vehicle like a medium one like the mongoose, a big one like the warthog with different configurations, and a tank, & also an Elephant one if possible.

  7. In MM, the names of the players should not be represented as a horizontal display of cards, instead it should be like this, Here is how its going to be perfect, the screen should be divided in to two section vertically like Reach where the voting section is one/third of the screen on the left side the two/third of the rest of the screen is divided horizontally in the middle where both team is at one end of these two section, on top the red team and at the bottom blue team and their display would be exactly like Reach where of the left part of the 2nd 2/3 section is the list of players like Reach and the right part of the 2nd 2/3 section is the player card and by using the left bumper you can scroll up & the trigger down the list of the red team, and you could do the same with the right bumper & trigger for the blue team and you could use the right joystick to move around in the menus & other statistic pages and on the other pages the bumpers would have the same functions as they used to.

  8. Now for the voting part in MM, I would suggest one vote per player but with a none of the above just like Reach for more games because its always better to have more options!

  9. Its an imperative, we need separate sensitivity controls for the X & Y Axis, a 1 to 10 and if possible with decimals of .05, its a game changer.

  10. Having the ability to do a quick U-turn by quick taping the ‘‘Back’’ button.

  11. Being able to move while looking at the scoreboard.

  12. Being able to see where our teammates died with a Big Red ‘‘X’’ that mark the spot back in the HUD as the radar because its not just the same by only having it in the radar, Ty.

  13. Having more amnos in general in every weapons, because they seems to run out quickly, about 1 more clip.

  14. Please bring back the Kill scoring to win & keep the medals scoring for personal ordonance.

  15. Random Ordonance Drops should go away but instead here is what will make this perfect, have pre-selected weapons, power ups, grenades, Armor Abilities & Equipments for everyone that gradually get better with each level of ordonance drop, like this, first OD is grenade, a favorite side arm weapon using the Halo 4 OD algorithm and a favorite AA or equipment, second OD is the power up speed boost, a support weapon like concussion riffle or sticky detonator or Scattershot, and another favorite AA or equipment, for the third OD an Overshield, with a favorite sniper weapon and another favorite AA or equipment, for the fourth OD it would be a damage boost, with a Power weapon like a rocket or incineration canon or FRG, with a immunity equipment from H3, and so on, and here is how your gonna make this incredible, make the games so that we could get at least 3 - 4 OD and perhaps 5 for the best players and it would be perfect, and in the ranked playlists make it so that it could only be in one playlist, the OD playlist!

  16. Friendly fire should be back but we should only get half of the damage & we should be able to boot a player after 3 betrayals firm!

  17. The grenade launcher should be back, but here is how you gonna make them perfect for all grenade launcher types of weapons (like the bruteshot & concussion riffle), make it so that when we fire and hit any target the projectile explode but if you hold the trigger, the projectile don’t explode but bounce on any surface until the player release the trigger so it may explode, that would be perfect for all grenade launcher types but with some differences in range, damage power, rate of fire & accuracy!

  18. Weapons should not despawn this quickly, it should be about 45 sec. same for dropped AA & equipments but dropped grenades should stay at least for 2 min. because they are crutial to the good flow & feeling of any game & Halo feel.

  19. Halo 5 definitely needs a beta!

  20. Bring back Equipments because they are a game changer and fun and the Regeneration Field AA should go back as an Equipment.

  21. Please bring back the armor FX because they are awesome.

  22. A lot more Stance for the player cards.

  23. Being able to play as Elites again in MM, and here’s how you gonna make it perfect, let us be able to play as brutes, prometheans in MM and in campaign with their own campaign missions & Boss Battles.

  24. Start Halo 5 From Halo 3 & keep it Fun as it use to be, with competitive & skill base gameplay with lots of vehicular fun & proper H3 styled weapon range & grenade physics & bounce with better throwing capabilities, faster game paces default Sprint/Evade & climbing features with a lot more awesome weapons & weapons attachment.

Hello 343i,

Before I start I just want to say that I think Halo 4 is a huge improvement over Halo: reach. It is better in every way, in a matter of fact Halo: reach almost killed the series for me. I actually enjoy playing Halo again because of Halo 4. The fact of the matter is Halo: Reach was broken at its core. Halo 4 is not broken at is core, in a matter of fact Halo 4 has a very healthy core. With that said, there are still major issues with the game that dent its healthy little core and prevent it from being the best it can be. I am about to go on a rampage and list some things, and I am going to be very blunt about. Its going to sound like I hate the game here in a second, but I do like it, not in love with it yet though.

NUMBER 1 PROBLEM WITH HALO 4: 3 SHOT BODY KILL WITH RIFLES AND/OR DOES NOT TAKE ENOUGH BODY DAMAGE TO KILL

The fact that it takes 3 body shots to kill can be explain a majority of the major balance issue and game play problems. The reason I emphasis rifles is because as you know they are a staple of Halo and are the most commonly used load weapons. Also a quick aside, this is the least body damage it has taken to kill in any halo game ever made. A perfect solution would be a 6-8 body shot kill. So 4 shots to take off the shield, then 6-8 body shots or 1 head shot to kill.

The first question to this has to be, what is wrong with a 3 body shot kill?

First and foremost it makes winning a 2 vs. 2 fight almost impossible. It takes 4 shots to take down shields, then 3 shots body shots to kill.(That’s 7 shots to kill)

With perfect aim it takes 5 shots to kill in default game type settings with rifles. That means that you need to fire at least 5 shots to with a rifle to even kill someone. Easy math time, 2 rifles vs. 1 rifle, the 2 rifles can kill the 1 rifle player before he even has a chance to kill one of them without even hitting their head. For a player to even exchange with one person in a 1 vs. 2 situation the two people have to miss 2 shots. Taking into account that you need two shots just to kill one, to kill both the other two players have to miss almost all there shots.

Grenades take time to throw, you cannot pick them up on some ones body by default anymore, they do less damage, and have a smaller radius. So grenades are not going to do much good in a 1 vs. 2 situation almost every time, even if you have them.

Basically what this means is that it is pointless to even engage in a 1 vs. 2 fights unless you have a power weapon. So whats the result? Run, run every time you see more then 1 person when your by yourself because you will most likely die every time no matter how good you are.

This hurts both the competitive community, and the causal community. The competitive and skill implications are obvious. This results in continuous frustration for all players, and in the end makes people question why even aim for the head when all I have to do is stand by another player? Now we have a game where the weapon you spawn with is rendered meaningless if there are two people standing in front of you. No wonder the online player community continues to drop and drop, people are getting angry and frustrated because there time spent invested into the game seems meaningless.

With a 6-8 body shot kill time the player would stand a much better change or killing, and actually be able to earn every one of their kills.

Well wouldn’t this hurt the weapon Balance in the game?

No, it would actually help it. This adjustment would actually increase the power of the BR and the Light Rifle. This change would not nerf the DMR, but it would not buff it either, so the DMR would see no benefits. The Carbine would still need a buff though, simply lowering the amount of blown would due.

I actually think the close range weapons kill times are almost perfect the way they are, I will go into that in more detail later.

Let me use an in game situation to explain how it affects the weapons. If I catch someone off guard why would I even try to aim for there face if I only need two extra shoots to kill? No reason, just unload into there body and they will die before they can even turn around and kill you. By the time you turn around in start shooting at someone you will most likely already be 2 shots down, meaning unless they miss a shot you are going to die, and even if they miss a shot you have to hit every shot perfectly. So whats the solution? Never engage someone who caught you off guard because you will more then likely die, so run. Forget actually playing the game just run away. On top of that if they have a DMR it is so accurate that they do not have to aim that much so hitting 7 body shots is something a person with the dexterity of a sack of potatoes can accomplish. This fact that it only takes 7 body shots to kill only adds to the power of the DMR. This is even more significant across map. Why aim for a tiny head with a chance of missing when I can just shoot them 7 times in the body and kill them? I have an extremely accurate gun at all ranges meaning 7 body shots is no problem any time with the DMR.

The solution, change the amount of body shots to kill from 4 to 6-8

Okay so how would this buff the BR and Light Rifle?

With the DMR you have to be precise, meaning you have to have that dexterity to aim for the head. The BR and Light Rifle are much more forgiving when it comes to head shots at close range. The BR would still be superior to the Light rifle at close range, because you could swipe for a head shot. The light rifle would still stand a much better chance at taking out the DMR at close range with this. So now the Light rifle stands a chance to take out the DMR at close range, and still beats it long range. The BR now completely outshines the DMR and Light rifle at close and medium range because it can swipe for a head shot. The light rifle is a little less powerful then both the DMR and the BR at close range but out shines them at long range.

For the automatic weapons, their kill time needs to be just slightly nerfed and everything will work fine.

The effect that the body damage kill time has on the game is huge, and is currently the central problem of Halo 4.

PROBLEM NUMBER 2: CUSTIMIZABILITY

This is what I think is just asinine, and there is really no excuse for this. Halo 3 had more customizable game type options then Halo 4. That is 2 games ago, and almost 6 years ago. This is a step back to halo 2, meaning the customizability options in Halo 4 are almost a decade old. That is sad, and really kind of embarrassing. There simply little things that should have been there from the start and should have been a given. Now I am going to run through some game types and setting that should have existed in this game.

Flag:

No drop flag option? Really? It’s fine if you want the default flag to be no drop, but to not let any body even play with it? There just no reason or excuse to not have this here. Even if this is fixed in a future update, it should not have been a problem in the first place period.

Spawning:

Should have been able to turn off instant spawn in all game types from the beginning period.

Custom Power Ups:

Why are they gone? No reason for them to not be in the game.

Grenade Pick up and Explosion Option outside of Load Out:

Why does one have to actually modify a load out in a custom game type just to do this? There should be an area in the weapon and damage setting for this. I understand why explosion might not be in there, but to not have grenade pickup as a default option is asinine. You shouldn’t have to waste a load out space in a custom game type just to allow players to pick up grenades. Your only limiting your communities possibilities.

Specializations not aloud in game type custom load out:

I understand you want to make people earn them and that is fine, but once earned players should be able to make game types with them. Once again your just limiting your community.

Forge:

Why isn’t there a 2x2 and 4x4 grass/sand/dirt?

Why isn’t there a 4x1 flat?

Why are the stairs on half the objects crooked? And symmetrical textures not symmetrical?

Why are some of the object angels off by a few degrees?

Why are there not as many cylindrical objects as there are blocks?

Why are there no hill objects?

Why do I have to load up 10 different game types just to set up my map instead of doing it in one go?

PROBLEM 3 COMPETIVE SKILL RANK

Okay CSR, so happy 1-50 is back, but now I have to go to halo waypoint to see it……. So basically its part of the game that I cannot even see or interact with while playing the game? You have to admit, WTF?

The logic given was to help prevent cheaters, the fact is cheaters have always existed in Halo match making and they always will. It never stopped match making from being fun and it never will.

All this does is make things even more frustrating and harder for players, why would you want to do that instead of just letting them have fun?

PROBLEM 4 RANDOM ISSUES

  1. Boltshot : the range nerf helped a lot, but he biggest problem of the bolt shot was the amount of time it took to charge up for a kill. It takes about half a second to change up the bolt shot for an instant kill at close range. That’s the problem with the bolt shot, in half a second any player can have a one shot kill at close range. That’s why its broken, not the range, the power combined with the time it takes to get that power. If the bolt shot took a longer time to charge for a 1 hit kill or just took out shields it would be balanced. Either of the two solutions would work.

  2. Join in Progress search disabled: You should be able to disable join in progress searching. Nothing more frustrating then joining a game 20 kills down with only 10 left to go. Most people quit out every time. On top of that you have no say in the map, so chances are even higher to play a map you do not like. Some people like join in progress other do not. The players who do not like join in progress will even switch to it if they are having trouble finding a game.

CONCLUDING REMARKS

Over all I think Halo 4 is a step in the right direction from reach, and I am happy to see all the improvements 343i has made to the franchise. I was very skeptical for Halo 4, in a matter of fact I was ready for it to be so bad I was going to quit Halo. You guys have put faith back into the franchise for me and I thank you for that. There is still a long way to go to put Halo back on top, but it can be done.

Shields (I feel as if we die as quick as we did in Halo: Reach, without HP, then in Halo 3, where we could take so much punishment.)

Hi 343i, hope your in your in the sweet spot of creation for Halo 5!

I wanted to give you my opinions for the next game!

  1. I know that you’ve been receiving a lot of comments on the balance of weapons and I see what they are talking about, IMO the problem is the lack of a more define version of weapon range ratios, what I mean by that is that there should be a 5 parts representation of distance that each weapons should have. Now for instance, those parts should be range in Warthog length:

  2. Point Blank: 0 - 1 Warthog length

  3. Close range: 2 - 3 Warthog length

  4. Mid range: 4 - 5 Warthog length

  5. Mid Long range: 6 - 9 Warthog length

  6. Long Range: 10+ Warthog Length

From that being said, in case of Power, The BR is a 4 shot on Range 1, 5 shots on Range 2, 6 shots on range 3, 8 - 10 shots on range 4 and 10+ on range 5 and then it would be perfect.

For the DMR, 5 shots for range 1, 6 - 7 shots for range 2, 8 - 9 shots for range 3, 10 - 11 shots for range 4 and 12+ for range 5 and then it would be perfect.

For the Carbine, 6 - 7 shots for range 1, 8 - 9 shots for range 2, 9 - 10 shots for range 3, 10 - 11 shots for range 4, 12+ for range 5 and it would be perfect…

Lightriffle, zoom out just like the DMR but zoom in like the BR!

Needleriffle, 8 shots for range 1, 9 - 10 shots for range 2, 12 - 13 shots for range 3, 14 - 15 shots for range 4, 16+ for range 5 and then it would be perfect! And that’s 100% frontal incoming fire but for the rear, it should be 130% - 140% because I remember in Halo 3 when we could receive a lot of punishments and it was awesome!

  1. Also for the Kill cams, here is how its going to be perfect, when people die, put the kill cam in a 16:9 ratio the size of the shield meter right in the top middle of the HUD screen and then the player would have the ability to toggle the kill cam from ‘top of the screen’ to ‘complete disappearance’ to full screen & back by using the ‘‘X’’ button or anything else, you decide 343i! And here is an awesome twist to that, you guys could use the same principle as the kill cam for the Best kills at the end of each game in the last seconds of the game, this feature, could select players favorite kills by adding to its selecting criterias, Teabagging, multiple melees, looking up or down & shoot and shooting & turning! That would be a great feature in Halo forever!

  2. The Music in Halo 4 Main Menus is great but the Hungarian chanting is nice the couple of decade of time but its highly frustrating after the two first months, I would suggest to use Hungarian chanting only a little bit in campaign, and the MM music is cool but kind of repetitive and extremely long and not very Haloish, now the second music that plays with the full orchestra & strings is much more Haloish, now it is without saying that the amazing Halo theme needs to come back with a sweet change to it but what it take for all the main menus is more Halo style music with lots of epic & rhythmic Halo Drums with some trumpets & brass with full sections of Majestic Strings and Multiple section of Gregorian style of chanting with lots of female sections too, and here is how you gonna make it awesome, (by the way, please don’t put and exclusive music for a single menu like MM or any menus let it be random) add lots of full soundtracks with singers by bands or solo artists like in Halo 2 with Blow me away, that was freaking fantastic!

  3. For the next Halo games, please bring back the full animations in the menus because it add a little more authenticity to the Halo feel & its so much more beautiful this way!

  4. Halo needs to go back to its roots, I would recommend to start from H3 exactly as it is with the equipments (with Regeneration Field as an equipment), then add the AAs, without Armor Lock or make it as a simple overshield without the invulnerability, with the hardlight shield where you can walk at 95% of normal speed but your shield can recharge while using it, without the stopping power when someone is shooting at you but instead add an increase speed of 5%, everyone will love it! Also bring the vehicle balance of Halo 3 with their approximate damage resistance to every weapons and for newer weapons, take the Halo Reach damage resistance equivalence. Keep the Same ranking system too with the experience system of 1 pts per game & 2 exp. pts on weekends, forget the daily, weekly & monthly challenges because it take out the core fun of Halo which is ‘play, custom games & socialization’, its a worry less in your mind, instead bring back achievements for armors but don’t do co-op base achievements to get armor because, one they are way to hard to do like the Recon Helmet in Halo 3, two no one has always 2 or 3 other friend all the time to play the game & do the challenges, three not everybody have the skills to finish those great achievements.

Also, it is more fun to pursue an achievement goal for a prize than to get meaningless points, also forget about the concept of Spartan point to unlock new armor, because of what I just mention, and Spartan Rank will never replace the 1 - 50 skill ranking system, specializations is a great ideas and its awesome but should stay IMO in social playlists, so please bring it back with lots of new ones, armor effects was amazing in Halo Reach so please bring it back for H5, weapon skins & armor skins was a brilliant idea, so please bring it back with a lots more but here is how its going to be perfect, in customization menus, add it separated from the armor selection just like colors so that we don’t tie an armor skin with an armor & make sure we can see them in team slayer games, also add a lot more sweet weapons skins too. Evade needs to return as standard AA tie with H4 Sprint with 2 more sec, we should be able to climb, its something that Halo should have had long time ago. Bring back dual wielding so that the combine power of both weapons is at most 120% the original weapon, please bring a lot more melee weapons like the Famous Spartan Machete, we see it all the time on the difficulty menus in campaign but I need in in MM.

Also, I’ve seen too much people in private chat in MM and it take out the socialization out of Halo, how many wedding were avoided because of the infamous private chat, that’s without mentioning the great friendship that could have happen in there so please 343i, remove private chat from MM. Also I would like to present a system against bad mouth people, just like back in reach when you would quit too many games the system would lock you out of MM for about 30 min, now I would bring that principle to bad mouth people, people who are really unpleasant in games but here is the twist that will make this perfect, add in the player menu a player rating from 1 - 5 on both ways, for great chatting people & impolite people where you guys could calculate the statistics on that matter and Improve the overall Halo MM socialization, for the more appreciated people they could be more match with us in future games and for the less appreciated chatting people they would get lockout of MM for 30 - 45 min. the first time then 45 - 60 min. the second time then 1 hour & 30 min. for the third and the fourth and so on, 2 hours without possibility of earning EXP points the rest of the day and it would reset the next day, brilliant huh!

Now I had other ideas about Halo 4 and the future!

First, I wanted to talk about the Banshee, it should have two distinct looping like it used too back in Reach & H3, one that make you flip 2 floors higher by using the the left joystick down and two and here is what will make it literally legendary is that you make a forward looping straight forward by using the left joystick upward and there you have it 343i, it will revolutionize the gaming community! Also I wanted to talk about flinching, its was not a good idea and its against a competitive skill formula that Halo has come to be known for, so please take it out for future Halo game and also make strafing as responsive as possible, in my opinion walking in the next Halos should be around 110% speed periode.

Second, I we want to bring back the glory days of Halo we should get rid of all that are useless or that slow down the flow of authenticity that Halo have had all these years and for a long time! First get rid of that Reach & Halo 4 styled of ranking where you need a whole lot of experience points to rank up, bring back Halo 3 CSR style of ranking where skills is everything and bring back the H3 Exp. points with the double EXP Weekends which did meant something back then, where exp. had a value to it, bring back equipments where regenerative field was an equipment & where it was hard for someone to die in that field even in melee fights & make it hard as it used too in H3. Bring back Armor Abilities but only for social & community playlists and make these two AA H4 Sprint & Evade a standard AA for everyone by taping the left joystick. Jetpack should return as exactly as it was in reach, thrusters should be able to help us to go straight across small gaps between bridges and be able to be used in FPS while we can’t use guns or anything while we move around kind alike running and we should be able to use it twice before depletion or its useless compared to Evade, I recommend three uses before depletion and then it would be perfect.

Bring back the Halo 3 & Reach style playlist display where everything was display into 3 or 4 categories, the rank style playlists, the social playlists, the community playlists and the DLC playlists and where in each of these playlist similar game types were put together and not like Halo 4 style where each game type is a playlist, this is what will kill the MM population by boring them to death by the same game types over and over again in the same playlists, Halo MM need random variety and this is what will keep the players playing over and over again, if you guys have some king of issues with Bungie over this matter please resolve this really quickly for the the Halo & the fans sake ty. Also for the voting aspect of Halo MM, I would recommend to give us two votes per trial and have the famous ‘‘None of the above’’ because it is better to have more choices than none! And also I would like to see the list of the names of people in a vertical fashion as it used to be in past Halos, also it would be awesome to have small announcements under the votes in MM as before so that you guys could give use some new feeds & remind us some MM updates, feeds, news, events to come and new materials & community creations & highlights that would be awesome Ty!

One thing that I’ve always wanted for forge is that we could be able to mirror objects because it happens more often than none that I end up with a big piece or a small piece that would fit perfectly in my map but its not mirrored (I’m talking about symmetrical inversion here) also I would love to have a tool that is able to reduce or increase every pieces up to 100% more that would be cool, and I’ve dream for so long to have the ability to have a ghost feature where I could see & edit pieces that are merge or hidden within others for example if I put a gravity lift inside a rock for aesthetic purposes, I would like to be able to see through that rock and edit the gravity lift position or tilt on the fly without removing the rock that would be awesome! Also I would love to be able to have a tool that let me create a ruff design with angles & simple shapes with a brush just to create the ruff design of the maps and then let the system figure out what piece it should use in what size, shape & angles just to create the maps much faster, also I would love the ability to be able to select a group of pieces and put then in a group and also be able to use a group of objects create a symmetric inversion of that group on the fly. And also I would like to be able to have a real map editor like Far Cry 3 Map editor where I could create the land first and then the map seriously Halo needs something this grandiose as soon as possible, thank you!

I would like for the next Halos, destructible environments, since the next game will be for the next generation Xbox, I say let ourselves loose with this idea, where there could be more explosions and real life explosions, scenery & environment interaction just like the new trailer of Battlefield 4 & COD, really Halo now is like a play thing compared to those games in terms of realism, explosion, infiltration and real life scenarios and the whole environments that Halo goes through now is so clean & pretty, I want more ruff and Hazardous situations with underground or underwater situations, I want the possibility to grab scenery stuff like a bat or breakout a pole from the ground since we are Spartan in a Mjolnir MK 7 suit, we are freaking strong, I don’t have the sense of danger & urgency as it should, it should be like the Halo Reach Launch trailer or the Halo Forward Unto Dawn (when MC rescue the cadets) scenery where ever I go, I wanna feel the battle & the battle field when I play Campaign & Spartan Ops (by the way I think Spartan Ops should come out as a full Campaign add-on chapter the full length of Spartan Ops season 1 with 50 missions where each month get new 50 missions for 3 months for the season and it would be perfect, you don’t have to put a cinematic at the end of each mission but instead at each 3 - 5 missions & in game little videos feeds also each missions should be a rally point since its going to be a campaign add-on and each add-on campaign would be like 12 - 15$ each season & it would be perfect!)

Hi 343i, I wanted to bring to your attention some urgent matter,

First, the Sprint is boggus, the responsiveness is lacking speed when we land from a upper ground and its not as effective & fast as Reach so please copy the same parameters as Reach except for the recharge time that should stay as Halo 4. Also I wanted to mention that the reticule is not as responsive as Reach in term of switching weapons, exiting sprint & melees, I mean that it take too long to come back, its like a quarter of second and it should be instantaneous.

Also a very very very important matter, the grenades are almost useless, the proximity assist of explosions is minimal to none and its radius is way too small, it should be double the size of the grenade explosion radius, I really like the bounciness of the grenades its really amazing, but I think that proximity assist of explosions should be close to maximum just like it did in H3 because it create opportunities and it is more skillful like this also the radius of the grenade explosions should be about 10 to 20% smaller for more skillful & competitive plays like it used to be in Halo 3! And I belive also that if a player should end up being in the 20 - 30% part of the middle of the radius of explosion of the frag grenade, that player should die compare to 30 - 40% for the plasma grenade!

Here is how the next Halo controls should be for the Default controls like H3:

Left Trigger: throw grenades/fire left weapon, Left Bumper: Use Armor Ability, Right Trigger: fire right weapon, Right Bumper: Sprint/hold for using action, Tap left Joystick any direction: Evade, Running While Taping Left Joystick Forward: long slide, Tap Left Joystick in place: crouch, Tap Right Joystick: Zoom in/out, Hold Right Joystick: quick zoom/cancel zoom, A Button: Jump, Tap B Button: Melee, Hold B Button: Assassinations, Tap X Button: Reload, Hold X Button (or Tap X after Reload): use Equipment, Tap Y Button: Switch weapons, Hold Y Button: Switch to weapon attachment, Up on D-pad: Cycle Visions (Night vision, Enhance ODST vision, Infrared Heat vision, 3D Radar vision that act like the Promethean vision with a pulse to create the landscape but cannot see through wall or anything and represent everything like a 3D CGI with color codes like ODST vision.), Left on D-pad: cycle grenades, Down on D-pad: Use Map like like in ODST, Right on D-pad: can be use with other button for Special indications like, Right D-pad + A Button: Signal to attack from Player 1, Right D-pad + B Button: Defense needed at Player 2 Location, Right D-pad + X Button: Regroup on Player 3 Location (for example), Right D-Pad + Y Button: One shot on My ‘‘X’’, Right D-Pad + Right Bumper: Assist needed, Right D-Pad + Right Trigger: Need to destroy the Beast (Opponent tanks, Mantis or Banshee), etc. and all of these call outs can be seen as a waypoint on the HUD from the Player who sent it, Back Button: Tap for U-turn/Hold for Scoreboard, Start Button: Menu.

And For Bumper Jumper, same as default but Jump is Right Bumper, A Button is Sprint/Hold A button for Action and there you Have it, I belive that Bumper Jumper user would gladly exchange the melee button for the AA button. Also add separate X & Y axis sensitivity from 1 to 10 with decimals!

I had this epic new idea, let’s have a Melee Launch Indicator, yes just like the confirm hit indicator, it would pop around the reticule kind alike parentheses that turns red when your in melee launching distance of an enemy, that’s brilliant and it would cut all excuses for not being able to melee launch!

Also I wanted for forge to have a super speed that is 3 times faster than fast speed for the monitor by activating this feature by taping the back button, its simple and effective, also I would like to be able to use campaign scenery & environment with or without AIs for machinimas videos, also for forge I wanted to have ladders so we could use it in awesome new maps!

Seriously, for the Halo musics, I wish to have the composers of the Halo evolution series of Halo Waypoint because they are awesome, they really understand the Halo music mentality & environment & style , they really have a great sense of tragedy & suspense for the genre and its really a Halo styled music compared to Halo 4 Music which was more of a casual movie styled theme. Also I’m not the only one who want the Original Halo theme back with an awesome & alive twist to it because its awesome!

Halo is a competitive game and is must remain the same, take out the Halo 4 & Reach style of Ranking system & bring back the Halo 3 CSR Ranking system, and take out all of the challenges, daily, weekly, monthly ones which doesn’t have no meaning & purposes because we don’t rank up with experience no more and its a lot of worries & pure pressure of everyone shoulders, because I remember in Halo 3 where there was none of that and everyone was having fun & playing custom gaming all the time, we need to bring back those care free moments again! Please speed up the walking by 10% just like in Lightning CTF in Action sack, that’s the proper speed of play and we can add the armor abilities for social playlist!

Halo is about having fun and making fun stay! Obviously, for Halo 5 the winning strategy would be to bring 95% of all weapons, grenades, vehicles, equipments, AAs, game types even the mini games & action sack series, Forge tools & pieces with a complete Far Cry 3 styled mad editor, the best & most beloved 12 Maps from past games with 20 new ones and all these from past Halos and from there you would for sure have the best Halo game yet!

Also I wanted to mention that the armors for Halo 4 are ridiculous, I mean that not only that they do not cover the body properly but also they are not standardized for equipments & vehicles, really you have to think of that when you create the armors because for instance the back of the armors should be standardized for equipments like the jetpack AAs because I see the new jetpack sometimes fuse with the back armor and in real life it would just not have fit and lets not even talk about the old jet pack who wouldn’t even come close to fitting, also for vehicles like the booster frame from Halo Legend The Package, the new spartans suits would never fit with this vehicle, what I mean by standardized is that everyone should have the same part for real life uses, purposes & service, for example the bicep & tricep armor parts should be standardized just like what it used to be on the Mark 6 armor and just have the shoulder covers change, seriously 343i I don’t think that you take this seriously enough. And the whole armor suit should look like the Mark 4 Suit because it covers the entire body and is authentic to the Halo series! Also, the hips should be fully functional when we reload small weapons when we dual wield weapons for Halo 5!

Also I wanted to mention that I would like the utility section back in the armory, with the wrist section, the armor effects sections, with brand new ones, the belt section where we could finally have the Halo CE Master Chief belt, also the gloves sections for different style of gloves, and inner black suit section (the black suit underneath the green armor and you could even add some slight perks to each one of them like a 5% damage resistance, a 5% speed increase, 5% damage boost, 5% jump boost, 5% AA boost, etc. And please 343i add different helmet that doesn’t look ridiculous & ugly like wetwork, defender, infiltrator, engineer, enforcer, tracker, vanguard, C.I.O. (really if you wanted to do a spider styled helmet you could have done better), really these were really bad but you had some really cool ones like warrior, soldier, oceanic, operator, pioneer, pathfinder, rogue, venetor (freaking sweet), raider, dead eye (freaking sweet), locust, scanner, and Fotus (the most awesome)! Also Make helmets that are human looking not too extreme & ridicule also I wanted to mention that the standardized armor is a very important thing and for the chest area make it more like Mark 4 chest plates with really cool & awesome style and please forget about the Mark 5 style of armor because this one is really outdated!

Also I wanted to mention that in the audio section, I would love to have a 30 band graphic EQ controls or at least a 8 band for those of us who are really audiophile fanatics, also I would love to have a volume & noise limiter on the main volume directly on game audio settings, also I would love to have master volume for the music, engines of all vehicles, sound FX, weapons, dialogs & MM chat volume, and specially a bass boost of 10 dB from 100 hz and down that would be so freaking awesome Tajeen! Also one thing that will bring a lot of players back to the franchise is to release a 100 different skins for the armors as a fast free DLC where it could have its own section in the armory, that’s brilliant and it would make a lot of players happy!

Hello 343i, just had some freaking awesome ideas again!

I was thinking that we could also have a rear proximity indicator that would have the range of about a little longer than a melee launch, that could pop right under the reticule when an enemy tries to sneak in from behind kind alike the ‘‘incoming fire indicator’’ but it would be 3D arrows that would point in a 3D fashion right behind us, it would be awesome for Ninjas adepts and it would boost competitiveness to the max! Also I was wondering since you guys are going to release the next game for the next console, why couldn’t we have separate HUD views on separate monitors, since the next Xbox will have two different video output, that’s brilliant and it would be best for each players and perhaps have some kind of external video outputs that can be connected via USB on the console so that everyone could have their own display, that would be great!

Also I wanted to mention that in your DLC maps and the maps that comes with the game, there should be much more teleporters, because I’ve see that you guys love a lot man cannons but neglect teleporters and have a lot more new maps that you build using Forge tools kind alike Uncaged from reach straight in the next game, also I would like to mention for the next Halo I would like to see at least 5 Forerunner vehicles, like the Banshee, Falcon, Ghost, Warthog and tank, with the War Phoenix and we need a Forerunner Melee weapon too, I was thinking about the Promethean Knight Wagon curved energy blade which is freaking sweet, also since we didn’t heard of anything about the Brutes & the prophets in Halo 4, I would love for Halo 5 that they come back as another Rogue Covenant section, and I wanna see the brutes have a complete arsenal of weapons like the Reaper (the famous Brute sniper that was leaked, bring it back) the Pistol, the Railgun, the rocket, missile pod, target locator (its freaking awesome), the BR, the DMR, the Saw, the SMG, the sentinel and a turrent with all the previous Brutes weapons and, also they need 5 different vehicles too, a vehicle like the Hornet, the Falcon, the Tank, with the Chopper and Prowler too!

Also I wanted to mention that I would love to have a flood gameplay where the flood could use weapons and where we could have Gears of War style of Beast mode where we could even select the different forms of flood that H3 had and even more new forms like a pack of little infection forms that would act with one mind, imagine how awesome this would be, also I wanted to mention that I would love to see a multi-team slayer game where each team would be a different faction (Spartans, ODST & Marines, Elites, Brutes, Prophets, Covenant Infantry, Hunters, Prometheans Knignt, Multiple Flood Forms, etc.) where each faction could use weapons, grenades, equipments, AAs, and vehicles, and where each player could select its own character from that factions, and where each team would need ten to 12 kills to win the round then we switch faction til we go through every faction, that would be freaking awesome!

Also I wanted to mention that I would like for the Warthog passagers to have a wider shooting range then 180 degrees, I was thinking of 10 - 20% more radius like 210 - 220 degrees, same pourcentage more for other vehicle passagers like the Hornet, the Prowler, the Spectre, the Revenant, the tank, the wraith, etc. Also I wanted to mention that I would like the Banshee to be as manoeuvrable as it used to be in Halo Reach where I could descend on enemies and ascend on a better angle without being restricted by the game, also, I would like for the Banshee looping & evade manoeuvres to be about 5% faster then Halo Reach because I remember in Halo 3 & Reach where there was some cool Banshee fights and where it was awesome to see some real Banshee skills and see how long we can evade infantry fire, also I wanted to mention that the Banshee needs about 5% less damage resistance and it would be perfect! Also, I haven’t seen any gametypes of vehicles slayer, so 343i you could be the one who initiate an all vehicle slayer gametypes with aerial vehicles!

That’s about it for now but please 343i make it Halo to the Max!

H5 4v4 competitive gametypes should be designed with no sprint

It’s impossible to really know where your opponents are with sprint because their position on the map changes so quickly. If you guys want to make Halo competitive again sprint must go and map design must focus more on creating imbalance through changes in verticality, not through an array of forests/pillars and boxes. I don’t mind sprint in btb or goofy gametypes, but when i want to play competitively the game as is with sprint is a chaotic frustrating mess. for the sake of your company do the right thing.

Thus again the reason of putting AAs & Sprint in the Social playlist & community playlist and not in the Ranked Playlist for Halo 5 and the next Halos, I totally agree with Master Em1 here 100%
