you still dont get it, i am on his side as well, i work full time, have a kid with another on the way, coach my sons baseball team 3 days a week, go walking with my pregnant wife, play baseball my self twice a week and still find time to not quit games.
ive had the pizza guy deliver pizza mid game, still didnt quit, helped my wife with groceries real fast, still didnt quit.

there are only a few good reasons to quit, none of which ill tell you cause ive seen some poor excuses on here before.

I got banned 3 times today but i only excited one game and finished the other ones with endscoreboard and stuff but my ban timer rised from 3mins to now 45mins

you have quit 6 times today, 6 DNFs just today, that is why you keep getting banned and why the timer is increasing

So my friend (Kvothe Shadicar) and I just got banned for “quitting too many matches”, when in fact the game has been booting us repeatedly due to disconnects and server issues. As there is no appeal process how the hell is this fair?

343 please rectify this. You can view our accounts and see we haven’t been choosing to leave matches, YOUR servers have been kicking us, and now you’re punishing us for it. I know you won’t reply to this but I hope you at least rectify the issue.

i dont think those DC affected you, your service record only show like 4-5 DNFs in over 100 games played. they are not appearing in your history at all.

this is bs, I’m tired of wasnting my reqs. i get constantly booted out of games cause your servers suck. most games kick me out saying my fireteam has changed, even when I’m not in one.

You aren’t banne for quitting once. The system keeps track of every DNf

So, the match would end and it would say 2nd, 3rd, ect. and then it says “Lost Connection”. Then I get banned. I don’t think we should get banned when the match is over. Please fix.

The ban system just needs to be fixed. No offence, but this is way too strict. I mean, really, I just quit once because of IRL stuff and I got banned.

I’m sorry, but the system is working exactly as it should be. If they changed those restrictions, quitting would become an epidemic because players who tend to quit as soon as their team starts losing would be able to immediately start another matchmaking game. Right now, they can’t.

edit: the second disconnected game, out of 20, got me the three hour ban. I have 5 total DNF out of 70+ games, two of which were me actively quitting. Two out of twenty, though? Come on. 343 should release clearer rules on how this works, when it accumulates, what effect it has, etc.
