i got banned for lagging like really?! And it said I was quiting too much! Create a better system. Disappointing. 
So I donât do anything wrong but yet I get a 3 hour ban? This is ridiculous. They need to calm down on the banhammer for a while, especially since there is a whole thread just for this issue.
I was banned 3 days right After i reported some gut, just for nothing. Just in the finish scene of the game my xbox âlostâ the connection and this -Yoink- happens. Can you please explain this?

I assume you were kicked after the game ended? During the post credits end sequence? (I might be wrong) but looking at your record what appears to happen was you have a DNF the game before and your next game you finished and received a DC error. That error is the system kicking you out to serve a ban once you complete a game. The system generally has a delay. If this is not close to what happened so ÂŻ_(ă)_/ÂŻ

I just got banned (only 30min) because of connection lost. Iâve been losing connection all of the sudden for the past couple of days from about 1/5 of the games I play and on some days it feels like it is about 1/3. I admit I have quit a game here and there because of other players lag. (This was all happening on Infection, the rest of the games types seems pretty smooth.)
Iâm getting pretty aggravated about the banhammer! I get connection drop about every 3 to 4 games (probably a bug in the update) but it bans me! I play through the whole game every time, I canât help what the bug does, I would like the bug fixed and me unbanned
This is where xbox support sent me, which I know that this basically does nothing. Anyways, I will go ahead and post. I am frequently getting banned from arena because, well, the servers are crap. I win a game, it says Victory!, then as it goes to the carnage report, boom, âyou were disconnected from the servers, blah blah blah.â Now, I have been banned for like 6 hours, I do not quit often, when I do quit, its for obvious reasons, teammates being dumb, not playing the first minute, etc. But then this crap?! I got banned again today because it âdisconnectedâ. I did not quit when one of our teammates left the game, we won by 1 kill and it was 3v4, because the game before I quit out of because my teammates were terrible and we were getting destroyed. So i stayed in this game, battled it out, and we won. But then DISCONNECTED, banned for 45 minutes. That was it for me because that crap happens way to much. Needless to say, either 343i needs to fix their servers and stop with the âpatternâ crap because it is banning me for your servers sucking, or it needs to be done with the ban stuff and just let it be halo, people quit, de-rank them and thats it. So if you could respond to this post that would be great. Tell me why this crap happens every day I play. Cause itâs making me not want to play halo anymore.

If you would take time to read other post this same thing is not a connection issue. You just said you quit the game before. That is why you were banned. Once in the carnage report/post game lobby the game is registered as finished and complete. Due to the system usually taking 1 game before it serves you your ban you generally get to play one more game. Once you have that game finished the system kicks you from the server to put you in timeout for the quit you had in your previous game. Once again you are not banned for disconnecting in the post game sequence you are banned for quitting. Which you admitted to doing the game before.

AHHH. YOu are right, i did not read that. I am still not happy with this, because with all the crap that goes on in Halo matches, (people leaving early, not playing, etc. etc.), to leave a game, ONE game, and then be banned for that time is just ridiculous in my opinion. Anyone in their right mind would not be happy with the âbanâ system. Let alone I left a free for all to join up with a friend. HAHA

Saw your other thread man. I feel your pain. The ban system needs some serious fixing. Last time I got banned was probably a couple months ago. I was in a game of strongholds, I hadnât quit at all that day or in the 3 weeks prior. Won the match, as soon as the end game animation ended and switched to the post game report I got hit with a half hour ban. Good thing when you get banned in arena, you can still play warzone and vise versa, but thatâs still bull.

Itâs beyond frustrating. In a gaming world with so many options I am disheartened from even playing this game any more, and will probably never buy another Halo title, since they donât even have online support who will respond to you at all, even if they canât change anything.
because the servers are garbage halo 5 its toamazing game but servers fail same to master chief collection
Currently playing halo 5 and every so often Iâll keep getting banned after about 5 games. Iâve never left game, betrayed my team, or afk. anyways Iâm currently banned for 1 day, 7 hours and 45 minutesđ
