Ok so some of you may be familiar with this in halo 5. you pick a playlist and it loads right? then boom it says left fire-team like WHY?But get this right. I was playing super fiesta on the rig and half way through the match the GAME quits me then it says left fireteam…couple seconds later it says im banned 18 minutes for quitting to many matches?WHAT.343 needs to fix this, this bug is literately preventing me to play the game

You service record shows 14 unfinished matches over the last 7 days which will count towards your ban. If you haven’t been banned before then your ban should only be for 24 minutes and not hours, but if you have previously been banned there must have been a significant number of previous offenses / bans placed to take to you to that length of time. Bans are never given out for nothing.
Alright, so it seems I was banned for a day for quitting the Super Fiesta matches recently since I have had lots of problems with the lag. However, I did expect this. I eventually moved to WZ… However, after quitting a match that was a stomp (the team capped all three bases and offed the energy core of our home base in 2 minutes flat) and I see that the game shows the banhammer sign again. I’d expect it to be a WZ ban… however, rather than that, it says that now I was banned from Arena matchmaking for two -Yoink!- days! What the hell? I thought bans in Arena and Warzone were separate! How in the world do they affect each other and why Arena of all things?! Shouldn’t it have been a WZ ban instead?
Yeah, I can still play WZ for some odd reason. Also, I’ve been noticing stability seems to have taken a nosedive. For one, the lack of overtures, bases being capped before the first base has in Assault and ping that goes from low to very high mid game for no good reason. Are XBL servers having issues?

Yeah I Know what you mean but, the problem is the 2 days before i turned on the game, i was playing fine until I quiet the game without getting banned so, Two days after I started the game and I’m banned!!!

This is another thing that they have to work on… I reasoned that playing and DNFing the second Super Fiesta game might be the reason my ban was reset, but then why was I banned after a series of games?
In fact, this might lead to a lot of people being banned for longer than they wanted if they are not told this by the game…
I regularly get banned for honestly nothing. Now I’ll be the first one to tell you that I honestly leave games sometimes. But normally because I my internet will start acting up so I’ll leave to go fix my motem. But I end up getting banned almost everyday. Sometimes I will completely finish a game and it’ll pop up that I’ve been banned. Sometimes my xbox will disconnect, and I’ll be banned when I return. One time I was playing custom games with a friend and he left a couple times because he was mad. But all of a sudden it banned me, for 9 hours!!! And I didn’t even get banned before that. And recently I stopped playing the game for a week or so because of my aggravation and to see if not getting banned regularly would make it stop. So I played a couple games, got in a COMPLETELY broken lobby which I promptly left because I’m not going to play like that. And I got banned. And that was the first time I quit in who knows how long. Please fix this 343. Also if anyone at 343 sees this I have a forum post about a campaign glitch that I think should be brought to your attention.
Update: Just finished an arena game and in the carnage report I got the message “disconnected from server” as soon as I restarted the game it banned me. Like, what…
For the past few days, I’ve been booted in the middle of both Arena and Warzone games with the message, “Your fireteam has changed. Returning you to the lobby” Every time I’ve been playing, I have been playing solo with no fireteam. Since this started, I have received a 10 minute ban and now a 20 minute ban.
I haven’t been doing anything that could change my fireteam, and I’m worried that these bans will increase to the point that I am unable to play Arena anymore. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this message from appearing?
This is ridiculous, got disconnected from the game after it ended and got banned for repeated quitting. The only other time ive quit a game is when my friends got disconnected 30 seconds in. Way to make me not want to play your game.
The ban times need to be drastically decreased! I went from a 10 min ban, to a 30 min ban, then out of no where a 2 hour and 30 min ban was placed on me.

Just got banned after an accidental teammate kill in grifball. I don’t grief, I don’t actively try to kill teammates, and I try and avoid being around them as much as possible to ensure I don’t accidentally kill them. I find it incredibly frustrating to be banned for “griefing” when that’s simply not what I was doing. Can someone please review my last game of grifball and explain what I did to deserve this ban? Hell, watch any of my recent games and look for malicious intent. Gamertag:TrapLordVision
But what about when it’s the “Dedicated Server” throwing you out? Had that happen to me about six times today.

That’s one of the most true things I’ve heard in years. Literally where I live one company has a monopoly on Internet. I have the top of the line with them and my speeds are 3.58 Mbs. But I have friends in Maryland and New York who get 50 Mbs for cheaper.

Got a 6 hour ban in Halo 5 for accidentally team-killing in Grifball… are you serious!!! Its GRIFBALL… when people run in front of your lunge you can’t help killing them, i really don’t understand why it changed in the update to include the option to boot/ban players in Grif… this is retarded!!! Its not even ranked! -.- I just wanna smash the crap outta some noobs on XBox Live to take out my post exam frustration and now I have to wait…super frustrated and upset…

I am serving a 24 hr ban due to the accumulative banhammer getting booted after having the only goal and a retarded amount of kills… i don’t understand why there is even an option to boot/ban players in grif… I have NEVER had an issue with griefing like I have had in Breakout or CTF… people just dont do it in Grif… and I certainly dont, I also try to avoid my team mates when playing…theres no point in griefing… you die 10+ times a game minimum. This is absolutely stupid, Grifball isn’t even ranked!!
Got a 24 hour ban on Saturday from grifball. I just got a 48 from grifball (again). 3 betrayals and I am kicked. I didn’t pay $60 to be put in time out because my team mates go into my hammer swings. Sooooo, yea. Grifball no bueno.
