Disconnecting is not my fault. I donāt disconnect to any other game on Xbox One or PS4. I also stream my tv. My internet is fine. Itās Halo 5ās servers. Why ban me 3days. Iām paying for Xbox live and I payed for the game. Iām not cheating or quiting. Theyāre blocking access to things I payed for. Theyāre wrong. Donāt try to defend them.

I just donāt feel the banhammer is the answer yet. It sounds good on paper but I think that is where it ends. For those of you that are loosing connectionā¦ Have any of you contacted your ISP just to make sure theres nothing wrong on your end? Also what kind of ISP do you have?

Well, i343 most likely have issues with their servers, however at launch time it was revealed that Warner Bros, or whatever the ISP was named, and i343ās server had some hiccups between each other. I donāt know if it ever got resolved.
If it started to happen recently, it could also mean your ISP did some setting changes or you got a router update. I know Iāve had issues with my router and Halo 5 only when updates have been installed on the router. The most recent one is that I canāt use cable between my console and router, then again that affects the whole xbox, not just Halo. For some reason it says Iām not connected to Live while I really am.
A 3 day ban indicate itās not your first ban either, unless theyāve changed something that result in immediate long bans. As bans are known to increase in time each time the banhammer hit.
Iām not defending them, but what you payed for is a right to use certain features. That is XBL and Halo, see, you never actually buy a game, you buy the right to play them. When you create an account on XBL and when you startup a game, you agree to a contract, in it is stated that the developer can revoke your purchased right to use the product for any reason if they see fit to do so. Not only that, but as I said, the rules of multiplayer is printed next to the playlist selections, entering a playlist mean you agree to those terms. In this case it doesnāt matter whoās fault it is. You agreed to a contract and a set of rules.
Iām sure it sucks being banned and not being able to play something you like. However this is the reality of it. Iām rarely playing myself anymore.

I got banned from for leaving my game on skylark when I spawned outside the map and couldnāt kill myself or move for that matter. I do have a screenshot.
Additionally when I won a more recent game, I couldnt do anything after I checked my stats, like I was only able to check my stats and thats it post game, no indication of loading or saving at all; so I exited the game and came back and was banned.
Granted it was for 43 seconds, its still warrants addressing that there are issues outside the players control which at the time leaves quitting the game or the game game entirely the only option.

Why should I have to get penalized for quitting a game after hours of getting my -Yoink!- handed to me because your servers canāt manage to put me it a competitive game!!! This is stupid!!! At all. Your system IS partially broken. I donāt care what a mod says. Itās still broken. But after my ban is lifted, I have ā0 Matches To Qualifyā now, and the diamond shape that shows the matches I played is now blank. No, it didnāt reset to 0. Itās blank. Like no matter how many matches I play it isnāt being counted. Explain that. I made a thread and all you did was redirect me here, and my question is not answered. I donāt mean to sound rude, but please donāt feed us that corporate garbage and say how your system is working well. Because it isnāt. And I am usually the one to get betrayed for weapons no one can use right and I let it go, because JUST like Reach (Bungieās mistake, not yourās) I will get booted, not them. So understand your system is still bad. But please answer my initial question of why I canāt qualify AT ALL in Team Arena rank placing.

Youāre not penalized for quitting or disconnecting one game. Excessive quitting and disconnecting will be penalized.

First of all you payed for the right to play the game.
Second, that right come with a small contract which includes a paragraph stating that your right can be revoked any time the developers see fit to do so.
Third, you are allowed to quit, but the rules next to the playlists, that you agree to everytime you join a match, state that excessive quitting, betraying and so forth will be penalized.

Hi I was playing FFA and when I won the game and when I was returned to lobby it said connection loss you have been banned for 2d 2:17:55 while I won the game and stayed in the lobby and did not do anything wrong. Could you please reverse this ban.
