il servizio per reclamare un ban, davvero pessimo. non mi rispondono e scrivo loro in inglese, il che non è proprio buono e sta mettendo in difficoltà molti utenti come me nel mondo
I was banned at halo 5 for “Ruining the game fun experience” for 33 days.
Anyone at the staff could clarify me about this?

Hey! Your guys’ contact us goes straight to bing and my bad was 4 hours 4 days ago. Next day it raised to 6and a half never lifting, then the next two sets it wss indefinite no shown time, and now today idts back to 5 or 6 hours again. I idled originally that as the ban i was led to believe. Please PLEASE MICROSOFT FIX MY BAN B4 I GOTTA GO TO WORK Please and thank you.

Idling in games / moving just enough not to get booted will do that.
I have been banned for 32 days and I’m not sure why. I had internet disconnects and a couple dnf’s due to having to use the restroom mid warzone, but I think 32 days is a bit excessive. This happened over an 8 hour session due to having some time off work and the incidents were not consecutive. I’m just under half way through 151. Still a ways to go to get 152. I submitted a ticket #169195. I’ve served 2 days of the ban. Is there someone who can lift the ban or reduce the time? I dont have much free time, but I was grinding for 152 before Infinite drops. Thank you for your time and any clarity or assistance on the matter.

Game history shows that you have been idling in FF. They never reduce a ban for that.

Well that is good to know. It sucks but thanks for replying. I still feel it is excessive, but the rules are yours. Thanks again and take care. 
Was banned for 30 minutes for 2 DNFs. WHY? I don’t have endless time 343 improve your banhammer skills…
