aymen. user experience should always be number 1. the game should easily detect who disconnected first and seconds and SHOULD not punish 3rd and 4rth player for leaving. ALSO lt enemy players leave to even it out and let them off without punishment. BUT if you are strict enough about banning leavers. this wont exist as a problem. but should always do these things. so no one hates 10 minutes of their life for things out of their control.

It’s not gambling blind…there can be one sided matches but a lot of the fun / strategy of the game type is do the best with the weapons you get dealt and take the other teams’ good weapons. A base needler can easily take out a Gavel with the right approach. They’ve had ranked super fiesta run several times hah.
Also, fiesta is the most popular non-ranked playlist — they can see how many people stop playing because of frustration from bans, if it were an issue they would adjust it.
I got a 36 day ban for xp idling in MWFF by just driving around in a Scout Warthog/Mongoose for all rounds.
Don’t do this people.

I dont mean to come off toxic here but, Halowaypoint mods are a joke. Thread, which talking about how Communities are misunderstanding the difference between Evolving/modernizing mechanics vs shooters having X,Y,and Z and putting it Halo. I brought up movement and features and how those could be evolved and improved from their debut games.
Long story short the mod Comedic Hermit wants me to discuss this in a thread that is talking about Halo 5 bans. I dont see how these even correlate because I was talking about Halo infinite under Halo Infinite’s category.
If anyone can make sense of this please do.

I was booted from the game and banned for 10 minutes. What a stupid trash game to punish someone for regular game play. I didn’t do anything else to cause it. Seriously booting and banning someone from the game for simultaneous betrayals that weren’t the players fault is ridiculous. I was sniping from a distance and my teammates were running that direction but there was a wall before they got there and I had already fired the shot before they were even visible on screen because of the wall. So wrong to punish someone for that, come on.

First game I played in more than a month on that account, and the two simultaneous betrayals were the only betrayals I had in the game. It was technically like a triple kill because I killed one enemy and two teammates. Like I said there was no way I could have known the teammates were going to end up in the killzone. Absolutely should not be a way for someone to get booted for that and the ban shouldn’t have happened either because I didn’t do anything to deserve to be booted from the game so I still say Halo sucks for that.

Yes, you betrayed 2 people even though it was an accident. I’ve accidentally thrown a grenade on spawn for a triple betrayal and someone immediately booted me instantly hah.
Even if you haven’t played in a while, 7 out of your last 20 games were DNFs. It was only a 10min ban…the purpose is to make you aware that the DNFs do matter.

Speaking of throwing grenades on spawn, that happens a TON to me too from other teammates doing it when the match first begins. I don’t usually get killed from it, but I’ll be damaged and then immediately have to fight an enemy and of course die. Super annoying. Why does that happen so much, do you know?

It happens to me extremely rarely — my guess is people suddenly pick up the their controllers as the game starts and accidentally hit the trigger.

I sistemi di ban sono pessimi e sono severissimi contro l’inattività e il gioco da scarsi come può essere l’attività di un bambino per loro è ritenuto “gioco tossico”, non sei l unico a cui è successo.
Mi hanno bannato dal [09/21/2020] al [11/14/2020]. Per " idling" , entravo nelle lobby e non svolgevo azioni, non facevo kill o nessun altra attività , come finito il ban ho giocato seriamente e con attenzione. Vogliono i commenti in inglese se no rischi bannino anche il commento.
Maybe don’t match regular players against -Yoinking!- Champ level players day after -Yoinking!- day; people may actually enjoy the -Yoinking!- game…
