I have climbed 1 point for every game won since yesterday, I lost 30 points for just losing 1 game, it is not fair to lose so many points.

Youâll want to post this in the matchmaking feedback thread in the matchmaking forums, this thread is for discussing in-game bans
So the person that got me banned on purpose and has pretty much ruined my life has bought a new Xbox and is playing again. Is this allowed?
Still think itâs ridiculous I got banned because someone is intentionally going around getting people banned from matchmaking.

How did this person ruin your life? If the person continues to do whatever it is theyâre doing, then theyâll just get console banned again if thatâs what you were implying happened to that person.

I donât have a lot of things in my life and have been going through a fairly hard time of recent. Halo was my escape, as I am sure it is for many people. Not being as to play because of one person intentionally getting people banned is upsetting.
Some of us canât afford to go out and buy a whole new Xbox to be able to play on yet another smurf account just so he can do exactly the same thing again.

I went back and read why you were banned and it sucks, but you have to be more careful with you who play with. Donât party up with smurf accounts or people that youâre unsure about or youâre gonna risk another ban happening.

Sorry to hear that sir. What is it that happened. You got a random invite from said person, on a new unbanned Xbox that he created a account on, and you played with him again, not knowing it was the person from before?

Originally I was playing with two of my friends and one of them Invited another player. Turns out he had been de-ranking which I find out when I got banned for 200 days. I donât even know the guy, but now he is playing again on a new Xbox with a new account with one of the people that I was originally playing as they have also got a new Xbox.
I just donât think itâs fair that Iâve been punished for something that someone has done intentionally.

Oh okay I got you, so youâre still currently banned? Then they just bypassed the ban by getting a new Xbox, right?

Thatâs correct. Iâm banned until April 2nd next year.
And yes two of the players have fixed this by making a new account and buying a new Xbox.
I simply cannot afford to buy a new second hand Xbox to bypass this ridiculous ban. After being tricked into playing with someone only for them to be getting people banned on purpose.

Wow, thatâs crazy man! Which also begs the question, that if someone sells a used xbox, thatâs banned on a game, someone could unknowingly buy said Xbox, and not be able to play that game. I wonder if it works off IP Address as well. Anyways, good luck with your ban man, youâre 5 months away

Well, I donât believe they will reverse the ban. I have never heard of a ban being lifted.

The other guys should be banned again. Simple as that.
Iâm literally going crazy (Even more than I already am) it horrific. Iâve heard of people being unbanned
Iâm not sure of the legalities of it, but if the person isnât doing it anymore then itâs not really an issue aside from finding an expensive loophole. Itâs also very likely the person will get caught again if they continue doing it and so theyâll either have to wait out their ban again or buy another Xbox. Either way, that person is losing.
I got banned cause my parents called me down for something and it kicked me out of the match, i am very much upset.

Theyâre hardly losing when they got someone banned on purpose, and have the money to go and buy a new Xbox.
Iâm the one thatâs losing here.
Legit donât know what to do anymore, sick of sitting in my own head and feeling like crap.
As I have said halo is the only thing that has taken my mind off everything I have had going on the past few years and to have that taken away is really damaging for me.

You would only get banned if it is not the first occasion that you did something like this.
