I just got banned for leaving to many games. But the reason for that is because they were all to laugh and I couldn’t play properly and I don’t like it. I feel that players should not be banned for quoting cuz there are issues with the servers and connections themselves. That’s unfair and people should be able to make their case to someone instead of posting on some mundane forum to maybe get something done about
Banning system is clearly -Yoinked!- off. I hadn’t played in forever so I accidentally committed suicide a few times from running backwards or not knowing the map well enough
Now I’m banned & I was only able to play a few games. I never quit a game early or killed any of my teammates that I know of? Getting banned for sucking at a game is -Yoinking!- ridiculous

So any time that I join a game that has already started I’ll quit because *uck that. I always do in games when I join late especially in warzone where I received the ban and I don’t even know how long it is. I don’t think you should get penalized for quitting a mindgame it put you in. Or it should give you an option to not do that in the search options. It’s really dumb and I was on a first place winning spree.

Looks like you were put on a light matchmaking cooldown for leaving your previous Slayer match early: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/mode/arena/matches/3c21a9b9-273b-4d5a-bc8d-03ce2ce3d213/players/bradondotexe?gameHistoryMatchIndex=0&gameHistoryGameModeFilter=Arena. Generally people don’t get banned for 1 DNF, but since it was a ranked match (meaning no new player replaced you) and since you left the game with only deaths and no kills (could have been a rage quit, or idling perhaps), maybe the system gave you a light time-out despite it being a first offense. As it appears to be your first ban, I’d expect it to only last a few minutes.
It may look like you got banned for the next game but that’s not the case. The banhammer has always tended to run late; it doesn’t usually hit until the next game after your DNF.

You have several DNFs in your recent game history.Unfortunatly,the duration of your ban comes in the initial ban message and if you click this away,you wont be able to see how long your ban takes.

Microsofts customer support is not the right place for ban related question,as they are more of an tech support.You have several DNFs in your recent game history,this is considered misbehavior and will automatically be punished with an ban.

Well I have beeing plying halo 5 for quite some time now (lvl 137) and I was banned for the first time today, and I honestly dont know why. I dont use my microphone in game, just with friends in party, I dont quit games (sometimes I quit quickplays 4 v 2 or something like that, but today I did not). I never send hate messages, only respond and report when someone send messages to me. Never hbe used hacks or something. And t-bag people very rarely and only when they did it first.
In conclusion I cant find a reason of me being banned like that. It lasted just like 10 minutes, but I would like to know why.

Thats weird, I do quit some unfair quickplay matches sometimes (2v4, 1v4, teamates feeding and leaving) , but was not the case that day… Well I guess I will be more carefull from now on

I was in a game and on accident I feel out of the map twice and got banned.Yet I didn’t do it on purpose.
I had started a game but had to walk away to help a neighbor. My wife took over my game in my absence and i came back to find I had been banned. I have never quit a game. Any suicides have been accidental and infrequent and if I hit any of my teammates during game play it was also accidental. Its not my fault when a play runs around a corner into a particle beam!
The fact that I was arbitrarily banned is ridiculous!
so you tell me the game idled ok big deal it idled. Still not a reason to get banned.
