This new season did introduce “soft forfeits” to Arena:
> Soft Forfeit - It will be “safe” to leave if someone has already left the match (from either team). - No need to stay on to prevent a ban or extra point loss. - No ban if someone has already left - No extra CSR loss penalty if someone has already left. - You still lose the same amount of CSR as a normal loss. - Leavers always lose CSR, regardless of how their team does after, so it’s better to stay if you’re on the winning / advantaged team until the other team leaves.
While your most recent game could fall under this umbrella, the two games before that one show that you were the only one to leave. The banhammer usually runs late by 1 game, so you didn’t get banned for the game you left after someone else left; you got banned probably for the 2 games where you were the only one to not finish.
I keep on getting banned for qutting games in the MCC without me even quitting a game. I have been playing with a guest for a couple of days and over and over after playing and finishing 2-4 game until end i get a ban notice.I am currently at 3 hour bans. Help!!

Matchmaking being solely based on KDA is a terrible idea, and can be abused extremely easily.
First off, how do you track objective games? Getting the highest KDA means nothing here. As soon as you get one flag, you’re on the top of the leaderboard of everyone else, regardless of how many kills are obtained.
And if I want to fight the worst of players, all I gotta do is get my KDA really low. I’ll just be suiciding every match now, don’t mind me!

Yeah except your 1st Amendment Rights means nothing here, because by playing the game and joining Xbox Live, you agreed to the rules of the service and they reserve the right to ban you for any reason.
Also, what if you weren’t in the United States when playing this game, where the Amendments don’t necessarially apply?
Waiting to respond in the middle of a arena game, and it kicked me out and banned me at random saying I was inactive. I was waiting for the timer to let me respond so how was I inactive? This is a serious glitch and now I cannot play! Please fix!!
I was banned for 24 hours by simply pressing the Xbox button to change to Netflix. Came back later to see a ban for 24 hours. This is so stupid. I get banned all the time because the Xbox live server disconnects me or at the end of a match it’ll dump me back at the main menu and when I go back in I’m banned. I’m sick and tired of this. What’s going on?!?!?

Ya…no way am I trusting that. Just started playing maybe a week ago, got banned from quitting social matches and I wasn’t always the first to leave. There shouldn’t be a ban for quitting social matches, it’s just stupid. Now when it’s obvious my team is outmatched or if a teammate quits, I just afk, pressing a button every so often so I don’t get booted. This is what happens when you ban people for quitting, bunch of people going afk.

You have six DNF’s on your first two pages. On your second page you have three DNF’s in a row. This would be the reason you have been banned. I had the power go out on me while in games almost ten times in a row, and I was not banned.

If you get disconnected from Xbox,its a power issue,but thats not the case as your saying.
From the data you have provided(thank you)its clear that your connection is fine.
But,if I check your service record its clear that you only quite matches in which you didnt perform so well,if it would be a Server issue,everyone or most other player would have dropped out.
You can get banned by many ways. To many suicides, you left the match, you killed your own teammate. I’m pretty sure every time your ban time restarts.

I just got banned for an hour for having no choice but to quit games. Yea, I’m going to sit here and go 5 and 20 because someone quit or because I play random and get matched against teams. -Yoink- you.

No,the ban time sums up,example,first offense:5 minutes ban,second offense 10 minutes ban,third offense:20 minute ban.Every of these offense is made out of smaller incidents like you said quiting,suiciding and so on,so you need to quite really often to get a third offense for example.
These are only simplifed examples and dont represnt the actual way how the time sums up.

Thats true. Sometimes i qiut a game. Thats when someone other leaves or its laggy as hell. But most of the times i can tell, when i get kicked. I hear one granate many times or it starts flashing, after this, i get kicked.
My conectionn is fine , got a fritzbox. No disconects, ping is 0,4 other games like rocket league have no problems.

You have nine DNFs in your last ten games.More then enough to get banned.
Griefing bans mostly occour when you suicide too much.

If you look at your previous arena games you have 10 DNFs in a row. That will be the cause of the ban (and the bans generally run one game behind what you have played).
In terms of “Teammate griefing”, assuming you are not aware of any griefing you have done, then the game may have just put the wrong message up by mistake. I get the wrong messages all the time on Halo 5 (i.e. Victory and Defeat messages are random, and I get “warning your fireteam has changed” when I have clearly just disconnected and was never part of a fireteam (I.e. playing forge)!

Griefing bans tend to either be for team killing or excessive suicides.
