No. Most likely that was your ban being implemented. You receive that message immediately followed by "the banhammer strikes’ message most of the time. It takes the system a short period (usually the length of a match) in order to catch-up and implement your ban. The match prior to you receiving that notification was most likely ‘the final straw’ match.

Unintentional server disconnects also count as DNFs. Pretty much any reason you don’t complete a game counts as a DNF; it goes beyond quitting.

Actually I posted the exact numbers. The reason it looks so suspicious is because you are almost always negative k/d or even on your dnf games. If the servers actually kick you it is because there is an issue on your end since the game continued after you left.
