Yet pretty much no one else in your matches that you lagged out of were thrown out as well?
No where did you say itâs the only game you lag or get disconnected from, at least not on the two last pages.
Iâm free to respond to anything I want to respond to on this forum, and I do read the things I respond to, and I may join any conversation I like, so no, I wonât be quiet.
Furthermore, I donât think anyone from i343 has ever responded to anything in this thread, and theyâre the ones handling the bans, so you wonât get a response out of them, especially if you behave like you do.
The next best thing are regular forum goers and sometimes a moderator (who isnât an i343 employee) will post their best guess as to why you or anyone else are banned.
If youâve port forwarded and otherwise optimised your connection and internet setup for Xbox Live yet still have issues with Halo 5, I recommend you check what kind of router you have, if it has an IP TV specific wire port (if you use wire), check how it works with the Xbox, and check with your ISP if thereâs anything they can do because there has been at points issues between some ISPs and Microsoftâs XBL servers.
Being rude to anyone here wonât alleviate any ban issues you have with i343, other than perhaps make yourself feel better by letting off some steam.

You never said Halo was the only game you do not lag out of, prior to when you said it back then with my longer post.

So the game you quit because you felt laggy is likely what triggered the ban. The banhammer runs ~1 game behind you, so after you finished your next game (Team Arena), the ban kicked in. The server didnât disconnect; you just got banned immediately after the game. That is why your history shows you as finished that Team Arena game.
Even if you are experiencing lag, donât quit. Finish your laggy game, then troubleshoot your connection. Quitting for any reason just makes bans more likely.

Well, once the system issues an initial ban for quitting, continuing to quit runs the risk of getting you lengthier bans. So, itâs not a matter of how many times you can quit before being banned; now its everytime you quit, you will get a longer ban. Again, your best bet to prevent bans is to not quit. Finish your matches, and if you think you may not want or be able to complete your next match, maybe just donât even enter matchmaking. But once you are in a match, try to finish it (if itâs an emergency that you need to quit, then you need to quit, but just know that the system is watching so you better only quit when you absolutely need to).

Regardless of why you quit, you still quit the game. The system has no way of knowing why and saying you had a legitimate reason to quit is irrelevant.
OK first off No I did not quit I learned my lesson from that. Now I was playing halo 5 arena and it took sometime to connect to the server and when everybody finally connected, it says disconnected from server. And it takes me the loading screen after that it says" you have been banned from h5 and my cool down time is 6d:17:15:14. And Iâm like WTF so all the other people in that lobby got disconnected from the game and all the players messaged me saying did you get banned for 6 days and I said yeah. And everybody in that game got a 6 day ban and I mean EVERYBODY we all got into a party and discussed it and everybody was pissed, cause all 8 of us got the same about of time. What do I do I wish I could show you a pic but I donât know how to on the halo forums, if thereâs a way tell me so I can show the pic.
Now Iâve been banned for not being able to LEAVE THE POST CARNAGE RESULTS!! I am now demanding a response from an official for this. Three times being banned for finishing games is enough! The game wouldnât even show the results. It just gave me a blurred image of Infinity. So I dashboard, restarted the game, then got banned. I want to answer to this now and I want this fixed.
