Well that wasnāt very apparent with your original post. It helps if you go into a bit more detail about your problem when you post in the forums.
So, as you probably know you have several recent DNFs in your Arena and Warzone history. Now you seem to be claiming that the servers were acting up in these cases. I submit that is not the case, because a server issue would not just affect you, but also everyone in that game. And when looking at the game details, not everyone in the game was booted; in fact, most other players in your DNFs finished. This suggests that you either quit or had personal connection issues. With the amount of DNFs you have, if all of these are because of connection trouble, then you very much need to troubleshoot your connection. It is easy to say that your internet is fine, but the fact is that you have lots of DNFs and that means youāre disrupting the multiplayer experience for other players. Check ping, packet loss, wired connection, maybe call your ISP, etc. Itās easy to blame the servers, but considering that most players in your DNF games did finish, it likely is not the servers.

Have you noticed how Iām not banned and everyone agreeing with you is banned? What do you think that suggests?
Of course banned people are going to claim that it wasnāt their fault. That comes with every game with any sort of multiplayer disciplinary action. And actually, the amount of banned players is a small percentage of the total Halo 5 population; they just happen to be more vocal, so it seems like there are a bunch of them. But I can say from personal experience that Halo 5 servers are mostly stable; Iāve been disconnected from a game one time since launch, and I have a very standard internet connection (50 mbps down, 10 up). I donāt quit, I donāt idle, and I very rarely suicide or betray, and Iāve never been banned. Coincidence, or correlation?

Oh no you donāt.
Would you kindly explain how it canāt be network issues on your end instead of insulting?

Iām seeing that youāve played several Arena games today, 8/2/16, and that 3 of the last 10 were DNF. Maybe after you last DNF, you turned off the game, and then the ban didnāt kick in until you signed in again? Not sure, but it definitely seems like your DNFs contributed to your ban.

Is this a bad time to point out the more than 10 DNFs within the past week?

I just got a new Xbox one s and have started playing halo 5 after nearly 1200 days without having an Xbox one, I put halo 5 in and go to play a multiplayer match. My lag kicks me from a game and I get a banā¦?..really? Iāve been playin for 5 mins and I get banned because of a lag? Thatās not fair yeah? Or am I wrong guys? I didnāt even get a kill I was killed once, kicked then banned. My guess is they need to fix this or what?
So right after i was unbanned from arena i played about 5 FFA matches and then i decided to play doubles but the other team wad hogging the power weapons and somtimes spawn killing so i quit. Tell me why i got banned for 3 days for quitting 1 match. 343 needs to do something

As explained in the first post of this topic, you do not get banned for quitting 1 match. It takes multiple offences to receive a matchmaking ban, which increases each time another ban is placed on your account. To reach a ban length of 3 days means you already need to have been banned on multiple occasions. Check the first post for details on how the timer is displayed in case you are reading an incorrect length.
Check your account history though you have 8 unfinished matches over the last week and there are a further 7 or 8 from the week before. Remember that team killing, afkāing and intentional suicides also count towards action taken against you.

so when does the banhammer reset

As far as I know it doesnāt, it continually monitors your account for patterns. As long as you arenāt doing any of the above on a regular basis you should be ok. You would have to ask 343 for more explicit details on the ban system.

You didnāt finish your first two games back to back.

You have 6 DNFs in under 24 hours.
The weird part are those FFAs that lasted only a minute, were those Custom Games?
